Pile 1: Every Moment Is a Magic Story

Oracle Cards

You have a very narratively packed month. The image for this pile had Every Moment Is a New Magic Story which plays out in the Balance, Growth, and Trickery cards.

Tarot works on archetypes from the Western tradition which means the hero story and that’s what you’re going to have this month. You’ll need to balance your desire to do good for others with your desire to care for yourself.

But this is a month of growth, meaning who you are as a person is going to dramatically transform. It won’t always be comfortable, but it will be necessary.

This is because you’re going into the belly of the beast, and you’ll have to face someone or something’s trickery. You’ll succeed though and leave this month in a way better position than you could have ever imagined.

Spirituality

You have desires, but you need a plan to make them a reality. The Two of Wands is about looking carefully at your life and relying not just on productive methods and discipline, but on your passion.

Remember that there’s always an objective and subjective truth. That subjective truth is personal and deeply entwined with your spiritual being. You’ll have a gut instinct of an intuitive leap. Perhaps you’ll even see omens or signs in the world around you that will lead you to adjust your plan accordingly.

The spiritual world in all the ways that collide with this world is of service to your higher and personal good.

Relationships

You may be a bit selfish or self-contained this month. The Four of Pentacles is a greedy card, and I think this may be what transforms for you this month. Some part of you is too reserved or too focused on yourself to really enjoy your social relationships.

That doesn’t mean you should sacrifice everything in your life for other people. But take a good, long look at your social interactions (or lack thereof) and ask yourself what is one small thing you can do to change things for yourself. Maybe it’s saying hello to strangers, doing a kind act for a household member, or telling your loved ones how much they mean to you.

Career/Money/Hobbies

You give yourself needless limitations in this area of life given the Eight of Swords, Reversed. One thing that happens in the traditional heroic story is that the hero uncovers some sort of treasure, power, or item that they take back which changes everything.

I think you need to look at the fruit of your labors and consider how it might be changing things for you at work, your financial life, or your hobbies. Perhaps the change is incremental. It might even be a major influence. But what is clear is that you aren’t seeing its effect so you may be abandoning a perfectly good project.

Personal Development/Miscellaneous

There’s a difference between introspection and rumination. The Five of Wands, Reversed is about a conflict that’s internal. Even if the world around you is untroubled, your mind is turbulent. That can cause outer turbulence because you aren’t consistent in your plans.

Cognitive load theory suggests that people can only hold about three to five ideas at once. But when you’re stuck overthinking things, you tend to think about way more than that and it causes a lot of mental clutter which becomes overwhelming.

This is why people become minimalists or reduce the amount of tasks they’ll work on at one time.

You’re probably trying to access mental frameworks and personal plans that exceed that number significantly.

Have a life priority list with one major goal and two to four sub-goals. Most people make their major goal their life purpose or the most immediate responsibility they have (like raising children).

If your list exceeds five, you’re dealing with mental clutter and it’s part of the reason why you’re struggling so much this month. You can only have so many life priorities and the priorities you have tend to consume your thoughts. Minimize the mental overload and write everything else that exceeds is on another list that you can tend to in the future when your circumstances change.

Pile 2: Create Your Magic

Oracle Cards

It’s time to ignore the naysayers and Create Your Magic. You have the ability to experience an abundance and Expansion, but you’re afraid of the gossip of others. So you put up a Façade.

It’s okay to do that for a short time, but eventually, you’ll be frustrated and this month is you recognizing what it is you want for yourself and take action. Perhaps you don’t drop the façade entirely, but you’re on the road to make that an eventuality in the future.

But why are you falling victim to what other people are saying? It’s time to introspect and consider what triggers you and why. Meditating, journaling, or even talking with someone you’re able to be completely open with can be helpful.

One thing that could be beneficial is to consider how much you yourself judge. I know, I know, it’s an uncomfortable thought, but it does appear those most afraid of what other people say often have a cruel voice in their head pushing them to be judgmental. They naturally assume others are like that too.

But you know what? How much has that judgment from you actually affected their lives? Not often. Consider how the judgment of others can also be powerless towards you if you choose to make it powerless.

Spirituality

It’s time to create a stable spiritual foundation for yourself. The Knight of Pentacles is about establishing routines that work for you and have a tangible presence in your life.

Generally speaking, spirituality or religion increases the happiness of individuals and gives them meaning. Most research indicates this is true for all paths, but you want to avoid the practices that cause negative feelings. While some of those practices may be crucial, it needs to be balanced with positive expressions of belief.

Identify at least one practice you’re going to be consistent with this month, and make sure it uplifts you. If not, or it’s not doing enough, you may need to make a change. But whatever you choose, stick with it for a while.

Relationships

You have strong feelings for someone or they have strong feelings for you. But the Ace of Cups, Reversed suggests that this isn’t ready to be acted upon or made public yet.

Considering the fear of gossip as an overall theme, your desire to keep things on the down low may not be a healthy coping mechanism. If there’s someone in your life that makes you feel bad, confront them or spend less time with them if you can’t change your perspective about the situation.

People need romantic or non-romantic connections to be actively engaged in a relationship and that means public expression. These strong feelings are important – don’t ignore them because you don’t want to be judged.

Career/Money/Hobbies

You want to try something new. The Page of Pentacles card is a happy alignment here ,and it’s a “go ahead” from the universe you should take seriously.

Just be aware that starting this new project or even a new career will come with an amateur’s skillset to some degree. You may feel discouraged the first time someone gives you criticism, even if it’s benevolent constructive criticism, or if you meet an obstacle.

Take a deep breath. There’s a learning curve to everything. Try again, but see if you can ask for help or do some research and self-development to improve your technique.

I think of artists who dream of getting better, but all they do is draw the same things over and over again or use the same techniques. What they need is to learn new methods that they may not have tried yet.

Always be a learner. Not just a doer.

Personal Development/Miscellaneous

Beyond this month, there’s something big you want for yourself, but you’re afraid to act on given The Fool, Reversed card. You may need to learn more to even get started, but I think this deep desire you have is a yearning you’re allowing to stay hidden to keep your façade.

Try this exercise: describe your current identity. Now describe the identity you feel you should uphold in front of other people. Then describe what you wish your identity could be if you didn’t have to meet certain expectations.

I’m willing to bet that your façade is just that – a façade. It’s not healthy to continue living that way in the long term, and you need to pursue what makes you excited to be alive. Perhaps there will be a compromise between the three identities for some of you, but you need to lean towards what you wish to be.

Pile 3: Infinite Possibilities

Oracle Cards

There’s an important soulmate-related event this month. It will cause Infinite Possibilities and your choice will determine the outcome. Soulmates can be romantic or platonic, but your spread does indicate that something romance-related is most likely. If it’s a twin flame connection, it should be a positive one.

The Miracle card makes it clear that this is either sudden, unexpected, or especially beneficial. The Soulmate card connects the soulmate relationship to that miracle, while Creation suggests a few likely possibilities: a new relationship, a better existing relationship, a shared project, a new house, or a new child. Think “new” because you work together to manifest something shared.

A very happy spread, and it seems to be related to a major life event due to the major arcana tarot later in the spread.

Spirituality

With The Lovers card, I think you have divine forces orchestrating this miraculous soulmate event. It could be a guardian angel or spirit guide, but it could also be fate itself lining up in a favorable way.

While this card references the Garden of Eden story, this card features the period before the fall, and I don’t see any indication in your spread that there will be a fall this month. It’s just the highs of the garden itself. You should feel aligned and as if you’re living your purpose.

To make sure you’re actually allowing this to manifest, trust your intuition and trust the good intentions of those around you. Relationships grow through logical decisions and faith. Take that leap of faith with someone. It’ll probably turn out for the best.

But do be wary of any potential snake ready to ensnare you. Think morally, and you should avoid what Adam and Eve did in Eden. But your spread does indicate you’re going to be making the right decisions already, so I’m not even remotely concerned.

Relationships

Justice is about balance, but astrologically, it’s connected to the sign Libra. Libra is the sign associated with love and Venus. Justice may not sound romantic, but Libra is any relationship and relationships require harmony.

What is the give and take you need to make this soulmate relationship work? If this is a new connection, show avid interest and suspend shallow expectations or quick judgments. Allow this person to grow and for you to fall in love with them (romantically or platonically).

A more established relationship may require reawakening the honeymoon period or understanding how to fight for shared resolution rather than for victory.

Career/Money/Hobbies

The Seven of Cups, Reversed is about being overwhelmed with choice. The way to fix this is to just pick something. There may even be an objectively right choice that you can determine through logical or emotional calculation.

One way this could manifest as an example is a couple that had not expected to get pregnant and suddenly receiving the news they’re going to have a baby. They’re not ready, but it’s not bad news.

In this spread, surprises like this are happy blessings from the universe, and you should seriously consider how the unexpected could manifest in a miracle. Whether it’s a baby or something smaller like a project, understand it’ll bring you and your soulmate closer together.

Difficulty does not equal impossibility. It could just lead to an exciting challenge you’ll share. People bond better over challenges – so it’s not something you should ever avoid as long as it’s a challenge that can be overcome or experienced with joy. Think of it like a fun game with a reward at the end.

Personal Development/Miscellaneous

It’s time to harvest. The Seven of Pentacles, Reversed is seeing something you planned or put effort into finally coming into being. It’s very personal, though, and I think you may be tempted to look at any shared creation with your soulmate as something more yours than ours.

Perhaps you put more effort into the relationship or the project itself, so you feel as if you have more authority over how to enjoy it. One person in a relationship always tends to lead, so that’s not a problem, but you need to accept your soulmate’s input. They have good ideas or concerns that should be listened to.

Relationships aren’t only built on emotional chemistry, but also shared experiences or ownership. Think of a home, pet, or parenting. Learn to let go of trying to control or own 100% of things and your connection will be more rewarding.
