What Patterns Are in Your Life: Tarot Pick a Card
We often find ourselves stuck in a pattern. If you were drawn to this tarot reading, then the universe thinks you need some help navigating your current karmic cycle.
All you have to do is pick the pile that sticks out to you the most. Which crystal inspires your intuition? That’s your pile and that’s your tarot reading.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
Today I’m using the Kawaii Tarot (this is an affiliate link that supports me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now it’s time to uncover your current life pattern.
Pile 1: Citrine
Turn Your Life Around
It seems as if theft is a pattern in your life according to the Seven of Swords. It could be financial, but I primarily think you’re doing self-destructive acts that are stealing from your life, especially your future.
That said, this card is upright, so I get the impression that this pattern either isn’t that strong or can be easily overcome with mindfulness.
Either way, I want you to know that wherever you feel at a loss right now, it doesn’t have to be that way. And you don’t need to wait for someone or the universe to save you: it’s within your power to make happy changes.
Be Courageous
Your next card is the Devil, Reversed. This is a card of oppression, but as a reversal, it’s about being freed. This is why I think you’re able to overcome the theft pattern in your life more easily than you realize.
What you need to do is ask yourself (or someone you trust) what actions or thoughts you have had which have hindered your progress in life. Perhaps you were too afraid to pursue a career opportunity, too shy to ask someone out, or you beat yourself up and hurt your confidence.
There’s an interesting phenomenon on social media. Most guys are used to being rejected when they ask a woman out on a date, but some men really take rejections to heart and lose all confidence in themselves.
Yet some men who have found themselves in this position decided to do a personal project to ask a hundred women out on a date – with the full expectation that most or even all will reject them. Because a lot can be learned about how to appropriately ask women out on a date… by practicing.
It’s about pushing themselves to do what’s hard with the optimism that sometimes… a yes will occur!
You don’t have to use dating. Some people reach out to friends online that they haven’t talked to in years, ask for money from a stranger – anything which pushes you to confront something you’re afraid to do.
Because I think the heart of your self-sabotaging is the fear of failure. But if you self-sabotage, you’re failing 100% of the time. It’s better to try and fail 99% of the time instead. But guess what? The failure rate probably isn’t that high if you actually try something!
Consider Your Future
The final card in your spread is the Ten of Pentacles, Reversed. I see this as a warning from the universe that your current self-sabotaging won’t have a temporary effect. It will hurt your long-term hopes and dreams.
You may not be able to make a major change in how you approach life today, but you can ease into it. Over time, your life is going to transform into what you always wanted it to be – and your future will be even brighter!

Pile 2: Fluorite
Painful Time
Your first card is the Eight of Cups. It seems like your spread is indicating a need of leaving or letting go. Because of the first and third cards in your spread, this is going to be emotionally difficult.
It’s not explicitly clear what the negative pattern is in your life, but I can infer there is one and it’s causing emotional turmoil. For some of you, it could be you’re at a point in your life where you can’t make progress, others are in the midst of a cheating scandal in their relationship, or you’ve realized something painful about your relationships or life decisions.
All these varying origins make me uncomfortable assigning an exact pattern, but everyone in this pile can’t fix things. Instead, they need to move on.
But yes – it’s not going to be easy. I think people sometimes belittle or underestimate the pain that moving on and letting go can cause. Just because it’s necessary doesn’t mean it’s pleasant at the time. It’s okay to be upset and sad. You don’t have to be stoic in the face of heartbreak.
Care For Yourself First
I don’t think you’re going to see the potential for change in your life. But you should know that with the second card in your spread, the Wheel of Fortune, you’re destined for a blessed future. Things will get better and you will feel emotionally at peace. Some of you will also have material abundance.
There are some in this pile who may be in a bad relationship. The person isn’t abusive or unloving, but the relationship isn’t going anywhere. Think of the person who wants to get married, but their partner doesn’t. That’s the kind of “bad” I’m talking about here. Things could be resolved, but your goals would have to be sacrificed in the process.
Consider where it is you want your life to go. You may not have a clear picture, but I’m guessing you have a feeling that something about your current life isn’t right and it needs to change drastically. Now’s the time.
Your Future Is Amazing
The final card is interesting. It represents the negative pattern in your life. Your heart is wounded no matter whether you stay or go. But to stay, you’re going to have to lie to yourself and or an illusion that doesn’t make you happy.
This is a sign that compromise in your situation isn’t going to work according to the Three of Swords. This is a card of heartbreak, but also clarity. You’re no longer numb to your life anymore and you’re seeing the conflict inherent in your life.
Although this is not the case for most in this pile, it’s a good example of how this card works. This card is often seen when someone is the victim of an affair or alienated affection. The other person may not be sorry or willing to truly change. But pretending the affair didn’t happen won’t erase that it did.
You can’t erase your pain or compromise with the source. You need to confront it by walking away from what’s causing it.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
Pile 3: Rose Quartz
You’re In Control
You have a very happy spread. The first card is the Ten of Swords, Reversed. This is about overcoming ruin or being backstabbed. Either you have just overcome it or it’s coming very soon.
So I’m not so much seeing a pattern in your life so much as the end of one and how you can enter the next chapter of your life on your terms.
For some of you, whatever this ruin is could have been very big. For others, it might have just been a minor obstacle. Either way, you’re going to feel as if you’re entire soul is being lifted and things will appear brighter around you. That’s because you’re going to see possibilities where you once only saw barriers.
Happy Surprises
Your second card is the Page of Cups. This is about stepping into a surprising source of happiness. This is a whimsical card and it’s a nice experience to have after the last.
You’re not going to be prepared for the blessings that come your way. Expect the unexpected, but this time the unexpected brings good things.
For those who were betrayed: it’s going to take you some time to calmly accept happy surprises. It’s okay to be startled. But if something good does happen to you, don’t question it once you calm down. Things are looking up for you. It won’t be taken away.
I do sense from your spread that this happy period is likely to last for some time. It could be the beginning of a happy cycle, but I’m getting the sense that this is just a new beginning with an indeterminate length. It’s likely to last a while as long as you don’t reject this period.
This is the time to stand up and smile. No really: smile. The physical act of smiling, even if it’s fake, makes you happier! Need some help? Try watching funny videos. I want you to know that this happy period is worth enjoying even if it takes some practice to ease into it.
You Have Great Options
The last card in your spread is the Seven of Cups. This is a card of options, some good and some bad. While I do think some of you have the potential of making the wrong decision, I got a strong sense from your spread that it’s unlikely.
But if you’re worried, investigate any major thing you plan to do before making a decision. Then, whatever you choose, have faith that it will turn out okay. Because it probably will turn out okay. There’s a lot of abundance, happiness, and fulfillment in this spread. Your outlook is very good.
Notice the moon in this card. Your intuition is a great guide. I think that’s because you’ll be experiencing a lot of emotional healing and will feel very comfortable and at peace. You’re going to trust yourself more than you did previously.
