3 Spiritual Habits That Will Make You a Millionaire
Life isn’t about money, but if you’re in spiritual alignment with the universe, you’ll have abundance.
I’ve been following productivity gurus for a while now and I’ve noticed there’s a happy balance between routines and transcendent experience. Here are three of those meaningful spiritual habits you can try today.
1. Meditate
This is perhaps the most commonly known spiritual habit. That’s because stoicism and Buddhist philosophies are prevalent among entrepreneurs to help them slow down and center themselves.
The basic idea is this: sit somewhere quiet and try to free your mind of any thoughts. Don’t fight your thoughts if they come but let them flow away like water. Breath deeply and evenly. This relaxes your body and you’ll start to feel weightless.
If you don’t enjoy traditional meditation, then guided meditations that you can find on places like YouTube or Spotify will fill satisfy this routine.
2. Vision Boards
Although the Law of Attraction can make this more spiritual, the idea of a vision board has been common among the wealthy for a long time. That’s because it helps them identify their primary goals and what they would look like if they manifested.
All you need is a piece of paper or an image editing program on your computer. Some will use scrapbooking supplies or Pinterest too.
Once you select your preferred tool, gather images that represent the life or goal you want and arrange them together. Then place this vision board where you can see it often to help inspire you.
If you’re clear about what you want, it’s going to be easier to attract and accept the opportunities which come your way that are related to your vision.
3. Gratitude
Contemporary and ancient religions usually have some form of gratitude. A person gives thanks to a deity or natural force after receiving something of value. Sometimes, a person will even give their gratitude pre-emptively or as thanks for what they already have.
When you express gratitude, you ease your spirit and cease fighting with the universe. Instead, you open your heart and mind to a more reciprocal relationship.
The universe doesn’t owe you anything and you’re not being paid to exist. Your spiritual relationships are more profound than that.
Gratitude is something we give only when we mean it and only when we care about the other person (or natural force) involved. That creates an abundant relationship with a lot of potential in the future. Don’t you want that with the universe?
