Your Soul Needs to Recycle This: Tarot Pick a Card
There’s something you need to bring back into your life. You can find out what it is with this psychic tarot pick a card.
All you have to do is look at the piles of cards above. Which umbrella cat stands out to you the most? That’s your pile and that’s your tarot reading!
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
Today I’m using the Cat Tarot and the Starseed Oracle decks (these are affiliate links that support me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s see what guidance you need in your life.
Pile 1: Green Umbrella
Go Have Fun
With the Page of Wands as your first card, it seems like you need to bring some more fun into your life. But not just any fun – you’re being called to look back into the childlike wonder of your younger years.
There’s some sort of hobby or activity that you used to do which you don’t do anymore. Perhaps you got busy with life or you lost interest. Now the universe is saying that this is the time to try it again.
Spend your evenings and weekends exploring what once made you lose track of time. Don’t be so concerned with monetizing your hobby. If what you liked to do as a kid was lay in the backyard and look at clouds – do it!
You’ll likely find that when you do it as an adult it may be a bit different. That’s not necessarily a bad thing. Maybe you research what types of clouds there are and write down what you see. Maybe you do it with someone you love.
The point is that you need to do something in your life with no adult expectations of the world. Just enjoy what you do.
Consider the Plan
The second card in your spread is I Remember with the wisdom message of “Soul plan. The fated life vs. the destiny life.” Life follows a certain plan and you chose this plan before you were born. However, conditions on the ground can be very different when you actually experience it, especially because of the presence of free will (yours and others).
This means that your childhood interests reflect the soul plan you decided for yourself before life got in the way. You felt a calling towards these activities for a reason, and you need to begin asking yourself if turning away from them was a conscious decision or a regretful one.
Make sure to take some time with this revelation. You acted on your free will for a reason just as much as you designed your life to be a certain way.
The reason you no longer do the things of your childhood reflects either oppression or soul growth. Figure out which one is yours. Perhaps these activities will remain treasured hobbies – and perhaps you’re going to change your life to reflect the plan from before you were born.
Creating Yourself
Your final card is The Golden Children with the wisdom message of “Inner child. Tenderness. Innocence. Rare gifts.” Whatever you choose to do with your childhood soul recycling, understand that the universe is calling you to revisit the activities to help incorporate them into your current life.
They reflect natural talents that you can use in your life. But this is more complex than you may realize. For example, let’s say you loved to draw as a child, but you’re not interested in giving up your career as an accountant. However, your love of art and familiarity with that lifestyle would make you more valuable than a non-artistic accountant in the creative field. I’ve even seen some accountants create resources and books specifically for creatives.
Who you are now and who you were in the past can exist in perfect harmony. Allow these two halves of your personality to merge and create something new – you.

Pile 2: Pink Umbrella
Embrace Chaos
Something in your life is too structured according to your first card, The Hierophant, Reversed. Order is good, and you need it, but when you have too much order, your life becomes totalitarian.
The idea of chaos is normally a negative thing, but chaos is also associated with the feminine. The chaos within that femininity gives birth to something new. Do you see how chaos in the right amount, contained with just enough structure, can be a force of positive change?
Your soul needs to recycle some element of your past that wasn’t as structured as it is now. Take a good look at any productivity systems you’ve decided to follow and ask yourself if you should pull back.
For example, a homemaker may find that strict block scheduling is basically impossible if they have young kids. Having that much structure simply means things not getting done or forcing their child to never be able to just flow. Were the homemaker more freeform, they’d probably spend more quality time with their child.
You need to be more receptive to the chaos of your life and see where that takes you. You’d probably be pleasantly surprised by your real priorities. Order can obscure priorities.
Live for the Now
The second card in your spread is The Void with the wisdom message of “Stop. Embrace winter. Great cosmic womb.” Okay, if I know anything about someone who has a life that’s too structured in an area, the first thing they’ll do when they try to be more leisurely is scheduling it. I’m a Virgo, so this is essentially a personal sickness for me.
Now I did say you need to put some of that chaos into a structure, but don’t create an artificial one. This would be like someone who realizes that they used to love reading fiction but stopped only to read “useful” books so they create a plan to read a hundred books by the end of the year to compensate. Goodreaditis, in other words.
Hmm. Do you see the problem? Embracing chaos means embracing movement, not conclusion. You need to be in the midst of change and enjoying the process, not working towards a final destination that doesn’t reflect the inherent good of chaos.
That’s not to say a destination won’t be reached: you’ll stop when you intuitively feel it, but it’s not created or determined artificially.
A good alternative structure for reading would be to read at least thirty minutes or thirty pages a day. Process-oriented. Remember that.
Live Within the Universe
Your last card is Breath of the Cosmos with the wisdom message of “My will to thy will. Micromanaging the universe.”
Your ultimate goal in recycling chaos isn’t to live in a state of chaos forever. Rather, you’re forging new habits and routines that are entirely within your control. Instead of being managed by fate or other people, you manage yourself.
This is about taking back, bit by bit, your autonomy. Chaos is at the border of your life structure. If you venture into it, you conquer it, and through that conquering, you expand the domain of your existence. This gives you more choices and opportunities than you had before.
On the surface, this can seem like a more combative approach to life. However, this is more about creating personal flow. The more you use your intuition, the fewer artificial structures are necessary for your life and the boundaries between what is around you will fade away. This creates a more positive relationship with the universe itself.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
Pile 3: Gold Umbrella
Revisit an Old Project
I see that the first card in your spread is the Three of Pentacles. Your soul needs to recycle some sort of project you gave up on in the past, or if you’re in the midst of a project, some aspect that you abandoned.
That doesn’t mean you have to recycle it as is. No doubt you let it fall away for a reason. However, something within that project is crucial in your life going forward. It needs to be revisited.
Now this card is interesting. Although it has material aspects, it’s traditionally associated with a mind-body-spirit connection, so you should eventually recognize the existential worth this project will have. It may be related to your soul purpose or some karmic revelation.
Notice also the cat here. It sits within the box and that box represents curiosity and imagination. When you revisit this project, you’re going to feel divinely inspired to alter it in some way. Don’t ignore this. Recycling doesn’t mean using something as is but using it in a new way. There’s a lot more possibility with this project than you may be able to see right now.
Maybe take some time to brainstorm some of those possibilities.
You Have Transcendent Power
Your next card is A New Earth with the wisdom message of “It’s happening. Keep holding the vision.” Whatever you end up doing with this project, it’s going to chart a promising new path for you. It may be a completely new path or a new direction for the one you’re on.
Because you’re recycling an old project, you’re both starting close to the finish line and standing at the start line. This may be frustrating at first because you won’t know how much you’re truly progressing because of this contradiction.
That said, you’re progressing, but you’re also on a journey too. Things are going to change for you because you revisit this old project in ways you don’t expect. I believe many of these ways will be happy, but there’s bound to be a disappointment or bend in the road now and again.
Don’t be discouraged. Instead, look towards your ingenuity with this project to address anything that needs to be addressed when it comes up. You’re not only able to create new things but fix old ones. That’s empowerment.
The Past Is Influential
The third card is Star Ancestors with the wisdom message of “Hidden secrets. Lost wisdom. Look a little deeper.” I get the strong sense that just revisiting this old project isn’t all that’s going on. Instead, you’re going to become more deeply aware of your natural talents and gifts.
Everyone is born with a natural inclination towards certain things. Ironically, I didn’t have a natural inclination toward words (I was a late reader), but I was interested in creativity. This made writing and anything connected to it something I became attracted to over time. You may find that your inclinations function in the same, indirect way.
Understand that what you’re interested in may reflect ancestral gifts or wisdom that you inherited. It’s okay not to accept all of these gifts, but you should see their value in your life and how they can improve projects you’re working on. It’ll make living more enriching for you.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
