Your Relationships Exposed — Tarot Pick a Card
There’s always so much going on in our social connections, but some revelations are more important than others.
To find out what matters right now, pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve used the Tarot of the Divine deck. This is affiliate link, and it helps support me if you love this deck and want to buy it for yourself too.
Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s expose your relationships and find out what you need to know.
Pile 1: Lady

Wanting Good Isn’t Enough
With two queen cards that are upright in this spread and the Judgement card reversed, that’s a clear sign of good intentions not manifesting good outcomes.
When I see this in relationships, that’s usually a lack of effective communication and those involved choosing to be agreeable at the cost of rationality.
The Queen of Coins represents someone who wants a tangible outcome where everyone feels blessed. The Queen of Swords is more straightforward in their message and actions, but cloaks their real feelings so as not to hurt someone else. This person tries to fix the problem behind the scenes.
I get the sense in this spread that you’re one of these two queen cards and you think your approach is right. Spoiler: nobody is right, but everyone is trying to do the right thing. It’s not going to work out though.
Why Nothing Is Working
So how to solve this problem? Well, the Judgement card indicates neither of you are looking at the situation accurately because you’re more concerned about maintaining the relationship. Again, not a bad desire to have.
But sometimes, doing the “nice” thing isn’t good in the long-term. For example, not telling someone with bad body odor that they stink so you don’t hurt their feelings will lead to public humiliation when they go into public.
Or more severely, having an abusive parent and each member of the family trying to appease that person without their other family member knowing.
What you need to do is consider what would happen if the problem continued in perpetuity. It’s not going to resolve on its own and sacrificing yourself instead of having the necessary conversation with the person you care about isn’t going to secure the outcome you want.
Try This
My recommendation is simple: two heads are better than one. Whatever your problem is, the relationship you have that you identify as being good is the person who is allied in finding the best solution.
Get together, talk about the problem, and brainstorm some possible strategy. You might each have pieces of the puzzle the other doesn’t. And if neither of you can solve the problem, you’ll realize that by talking to each other and can seek additional support from someone you trust.
Trying to do everything by yourself is not the answer here. Talk to them, even if it may feel weird to reach out at first.

Pile 2: Telephone

You Need Good Advice
Someone in your life is about to help you. The first card, Temperence, is about balance. Here we see the woman putting her toe in the water. This is important because it symbolizes intuition, especially with the second card, The High Priestess.
What you need help with is intuition. For some reason, you have a block in fully understanding your situation, but the perspective of another intuitive person will help.
They aren’t going to solve your problem directly, but they’ll give you the insight that will help you solve the problem yourself.
So this could be a family member, friend, or even someone in an advisory role, like a teacher, therapist, or manager.
Why You Don’t Understand Yet
Did you know that, theoretically, you could diagnose medical conditions with tarot? This is not a legally protected divination practice so nobody learns how to do it. However, tarot cards have zodiac correspondences and each zodiac sign deals with different areas of the body.
So why don’t tarot readers (and astrologers) break this rule in secret? Well, tarot readers don’t have the biological education to understand the different symptoms and processes in the body to meaningfully read to diagnose complex medical problems.
If you don’t have the proper background knowledge, your intuition isn’t going to have enough clarity to give you the answer. This is why people circle the wagons with important decisions. They feel something with their intuition, but they can’t pinpoint exactly what it means because they don’t have the vocabulary to do so.
The High Priestess in your life is going to give you the words for what you’re feeling so you can finally understand what you’re currently facing a blockage over. They have that background knowledge and are going to educate you.
It Doesn’t End There
The final card in your spread, Five of Coins, Reversed, is about you coming in from the cold. Once you have your revelation because of The High Priestess’s assistance, you’re going to make a change in your life that will have a tangible impact on your quality of life.
You may still go to them (or others) for additional assistance now and again, but you’ll have increasing independence as you tackle the problem head-on.
I do think this means you need to know more about the area you’re struggling with. So be prepared to watch videos, podcasts, read books and articles, and perhaps take classes to increase your understanding.
Writing down your revelations in a journal or in a notes app will verbalize what you learn. That verbal clarity will make it easier to organize your thoughts and make better future decisions.
So what’s being exposed here is that someone you know IN REAL LIFE (not me, I’m not the High Priestess here) has the answer you’re seeking. Talk to them.

Pile 3: Mirror

Someone Is Targeting You
I don’t like this energy, and you may be feeling it already too. The Six of Wands, Reversed is feeling downtrodden, taken advantage of, or not getting the recognition you deserve. Why? Because the Queen of Wands, Reversed is a catty, manipulative person who seeks to improve their life at your expense.
This is probably a Cluster B person, meaning someone with a serious personality disorder that is antagonistic to others and not well-medicated. I say that because the spread being all reversals indicates a negativity you don’t tend to find in someone who simply disagrees and competes with you.
About 15% of the population seems to be on the spectrum of this, but 5% are diagnosable. That means you have met someone like this before and are probably still in contact with them.
They might be a family member, a frenemy, a coworker, or someone in your community. And right now? You’re their target. So let’s expose them.
Why This Is Happening
The last card in your spread is the Seven of Cups, Reversed. This card usually shows up when there are multiple choices or people, and not all of them are good. As a reversal, I tend to read this as coming to a decision or interacting with a specific person.
I believe your Cluster B person is manipulating you into believing you don’t have options and that you’re trapped. They’re manipulating the situation to raise their own profile and maybe even take credit for something you’ve done. Perhaps they’re stealing from you. It just depends on the specific relationship and what access they have to you.
If this person is someone you love and they’re regressing, you can lovingly let them be aware of it so they can get treatment. Anyone reading this with a Cluster B disorder knows that proper management can lead to fulfilling and positive relationships.
But for those dealing with someone you have no influence over, the best thing you can do is to have distance or documentation.
Specific Methods to Try
Outside of school or work, the best solution is gray rock communication, low contact, or no contact. That means boring, minimalist interactions with a lot of boundaries. If going no contact, that means severing the relationship.
But what about situations where you’re forced to be together with someone? This is usually in an institutional setting where there is supposed to be protections in place. Document their behavior and report it to someone with authority. See to their removal or a transfer for yourself.
If this isn’t permitted, then that’s a sign the institution you’re in will not protect you and you need an escape plan. If that escape will take a while, go back to the gray rock communication method. Research that for specific ways to practice it.
Remember for everyone here: you can’t fix them unless they want to work on themselves. Don’t be their rescuer and don’t be a needless martyr. You need to prioritize yourself too.
