Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic reading on what pattern your soul is currently in. This should give you a holistic understanding of your full self and perhaps the direction of your karma.

Now let’s examine the pattern of your soul.

Pile 1: Cow

Have Nice Conversations With Yourself

Right now you’re paying special attention to your internal monologue. The first card in your spread, Ahimsa, indicates that you either recently realized you have negative thoughts overwhelming you or you’ve decided to be proactive.

This is a very good thing and shows that your soul is ascending to a higher level of consciousness. It means you aren’t just reacting to the stimuli in your environment, but planning how you will manifest your reality ahead of time.

To help further this process along, consider developing a mental check-in process you do a few times per day, perhaps before a meal. You can ask yourself how you’re feeling and the things you’re telling yourself. Are those positive things? If not, change it.

This doesn’t have to take a long time: a few seconds to ask the question and perhaps a few minutes to make an active recovery plan. But once you establish better baseline positive thoughts, this will be mere seconds each time you check in and thus a very easy habit to maintain.

You’re Going Through a Change

You’re in a state of transition and transformation as you let go of what no longer serves you according to your second card, Chinnamasta. The more you practice paying attention to your internal monologue, the more you’ll notice habits or routines that you need to change.

Some of these things you can drop immediately, but others will take work. Know that the effort will reward you, however, because changing your internal monologue isn’t just about being nice to yourself, but about becoming who you want to be.

Yes, that means your positive thoughts won’t just be sweet nothings you say to yourself, but sometimes tough love pushes you to do the right or hard thing that will improve your life without being unnecessarily critical. In essence, you’ll be mentoring yourself.

Our thoughts are powerful and reflect both our desires and fears. The more you fear, the more you will be transformed into avoidance of those fears rather than in attraction to what you desire.

It’s not bad to have fears, but it can’t be your whole identity. That’s what you’re trying to let go: a fear-based identity to a love-based identity.

Tell yourself loving thoughts and learn how to let go of those that are hurtful.

Act Your Mind

One way to help this transformation is to physically act out your intentions. The final card in your spread, Asana, is about the position of your body in stillness. Once you change your internal monologue, you’ll find that the mean voices in your head go away.

But you need to do more than just tell yourself nice things – you need to manifest these thoughts into the world through your body.

Example: you once told yourself that you were ugly. You learned to tell yourself that you’re attractive, or that at least you like something about your appearance and its worth showing to the world.

Now the action part is to showcase that feature.

No matter how you may feel about your internal monologue matching the outer world, there’s probably some truth to your positive thoughts. Latch onto those and take pride in them in how you show them to the world.

That physical act of doing will provide a feedback loop and you’ll believe what your internal monologue is saying.

Pile 2: Dinosaur

You’re an Original

You have a really creative pattern to your soul right now according to your first card, Vata. The entire spread is heavy on creative energy, so this is something you need to honor or you’re going to feel like something is missing in your life.

That said, this creativity isn’t what you’re traditionally thinking of. Notice how the two women in this card are looking up at the heavens. Your creativity has a higher purpose.

You should also know that creativity is really originality, not just art and writing. Your goal right now is to be original and do something others haven’t in whatever capacity you choose to manifest that in.

No doubt the universe is trusting you with a special mission and only you in this particular time and place can achieve it. This wasn’t meant for someone else: you’re not only allowed to be original – the universe is asking you to step up and create something that didn’t exist before because only you can do it.

Check Your Heart

It’s your higher purpose to create right now. Your second card, Karma, indicates that you were led to this point and what you do is going to affect your soul on a higher level. So if you create for good, you get brownie points. If you create for evil or only your ego, the universe isn’t going to look too kindly on that even if it temporarily helps others in the short-term.

Those who seek to benefit themselves ultimately find themselves on a road to hurting others even if that’s not how they start.

Your creativity is meant to change and expand things for other people. It’s okay to take pride in your creativity and express yourself, but your goal should also be an act of love towards others.

For example: a daycare worker may use her creativity to make exciting activities for children. But if she’s only doing it to get a promotion from her boss or to make her job fun for herself, then her intentions aren’t based on an act of love and it’s probably going to show in her work.

But if she does act because she cares about the children, things will manifest correctly and she’ll bank good karma. It’s okay to want other personal things too at the time, but her primary intention needs to be love.

This is because your intentions direct you to or away from your higher purpose.

Manifest Something Higher

Most people think of creativity as a sensory experience triggered by stimuli in your environment, and that’s usually true. However, your inspiration this time is going to come from a higher plane according to your third card, Pratyahara.

Get in touch with your spirituality here and receive the intuitive messages you’re meant to activate your creativity for a higher purpose.

There are many ways you can go about this. Meditation is one, hypnosis another, divination, really any sort of spiritual activity that connects you with a higher plane.

You aren’t trying to reflect something beautiful within the world around you, but manifest something of ethereal beauty in a higher plane of existence.

Pile 3: Alpaca

You Have a Gift

You’ve had or are about to have a spiritual awakening. This may even be a Kundalini awakening given your first card, Kundalini. Expect your soul to manifest a greater interest in spiritual topics because you’re going through a transformation.

If you’re in the midst of spiritual self-study, then you’re going to manifest some amazing progress with that.

Many of you will develop spiritual gifts. Not everyone knows how to access them effectively. I read tarot cards because I have no default internal monologue and don’t even think in pictures, but general feelings. That’s why I resonate with tarot cards: I can touch them.

Your spiritual gift will manifest in a way that resonates with you most and you may want to explore different things to learn more about it. Divination is a good thing to try since there are so many forms, but exploring spirituality in general may inspire you to take on a special interest that reflects your abilities.

That doesn’t mean you have to commit to a specific spiritual path. It’s okay to explore your options and just try or adapt things so you can learn from the people who came before you. You’re more likely to resonate with practices common in your culture or with your ancestors but trust your intuition if you’re led elsewhere.

You’ll Connect With Others

Right now you’re connected to the vital life force of the universe. Your second card, Prana, indicates that you’re going to be able to channel this life force to help others.

That means your soul pattern right now is that of a helper, like a lightworker. The reason you’re manifesting a spiritual gift isn’t so you can just further your spiritual studies, but to help others.

This may result in a new career, but it could just be a hobby or some way to facilitate your current career. A nurse, for example, might use her empathy gift to connect with patients on a higher level and help them recover. A factory worker might use their psychic ability to help them and their coworkers stay safe on the job and avoid injuries.

Whatever your gift is, you’re going to find a way to use it and help others by doing so.

It’s Time to Get Comfortable

I see that your final card is Muladhara. This echoes your previous card, Kundalini, as this is the root chakra and what’s activated in a Kundalini awakening. But this Muladhara card specifically is about laying down roots.

Your soul longs for a grounded life and is restructuring everything around you to fit that pattern. You should expect healing of past wounds, even those that are ancestral.

This is why getting in touch with your spirituality can help with existential crises. Someone having an existential crisis is fearing the future. You’re not going to fear the future as much anymore or your mortality.

I think your spiritual gift will comfort you and make you feel in control of your soul and the next life. But it will also connect you to something deeper and higher.

Allow yourself to nest and make your environment more comfortable. It’s time for you to be able to rest your weary head so you can focus on things of higher value. Self-actualization is coming and it’s coming because you’re going to be in a safer and happier environment that feels like home.
