New Love Coming Your Way — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic tarot reading for those seeking a new relationship! This will help you find out what your first opportunity will look like and how to manifest it in your favor.
All you have to do to receive this message is pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the True Heart Intuitive Tarot deck (this is an affiliate link that supports me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s see what love story is coming your way.
Pile 1: Gramophone
Too Emotional
Your spread seems to indicate you don’t want to be fooled by the first person who shows up on your radar. The King of Cups, Reversed shows this person has volatile emotions and isn’t mature enough to be in a relationship.
But there’s a good chance they’ll be otherwise charming. For those who just want a casual fling, go for it – but if you’re looking for a more committed relationship, you need to be aware of some red flags.
Pay attention to anyone you go out on a date with for a while. How do they respond when things go wrong? When they’re upset? When they have to wait?
If anything seems amiss, it’s okay to turn them down for a future date. The right person is out there for you – but they’re probably not going to be the first person you meet. Hope for the best in every dating situation and work towards the best, but don’t assume your soulmate is the first person you see. That’s how people get tricked.
Know What You Want
You may be wondering how to navigate finding love with a trickster like the King of Cups, Reversed lingering in your future. The second card, Seven of Pentacles, Reversed, suggests you aren’t future-oriented.
It’s important to think about initial attraction in a relationship, but it’s also easy to be swayed by superficial things. Make it a point within a certain number of dates that you determine whether someone you’re interested in really is a match.
The more emotion you invest into someone, the more likely you’ll ignore a long-term mismatch of traits. If you’re not sure what you’re looking for, it can be helpful to sit down with your new partner to brainstorm and experiment. This is also a good chance to see if you’re willing to compromise.
For example, your partner might want to move to a foreign country. Going on a trip with them to see if you also like the idea of living there would be excellent.
Currently Stuck
Right now, the Death, Reversed card indicates you’re not in a position to change your mind. Perhaps you’re rather set in your ways (and for good reason) or you have the tendency to fall back on bad habits.
The King of Cups, Reversed may initially be attractive to you because they reflects toxic patterns of unhealthy desires you haven’t worked through yet. But because you’re so set in your ways, you can’t see past the mask anyone wears when dating unless you intentionally try to pull it off.
Be open to wanting the best for yourself and only dating moral people, but don’t assume that you’re absolutely right about everything when it comes to romance. Reflect on your dates either through journaling, talking with friends, or a therapist if you have serious unresolved issues. You’ll thank yourself later for that relationship mindfulness.

Pile 2: Raccoon
A Romantic Surprise
It seems like the next option coming your way is a good one, but you may reject it. The Four of Cups, Reversed indicates you’re not going to be happy with the person who shows interest in you.
There are a lot of reasons this could be, but I think it’s going to be an opposites-attract situation. This person is normally not the type of person you’d go for, so you immediately dismiss them. However, you should at least go out on a date with them to see the nuances of their character.
I think there’s something about them which would really resonate with you. No romantic partner has to be 100% of your ideal and sometimes your ideal is even wrong.
It could also be that you have previously bad experiences with a type of person and this person is that type of person – but they’re not at all bad.
In other words, give this person a chance: you’ll likely be pleasantly surprised.
Understand Your Bias
Intuition is often right, but sometimes, intuition is wrong. The second card, The High Priestess, Reversed, is all about your initial assumptions being incorrect.
Now, your intuition isn’t dead but you’re probably making these assumptions based on signs you’re seeing on this person. Try to run through those misconceptions using logic.
Example: someone hates lawyers who defend criminals. But everyone deserves to be represented and have their day in court. And sometimes, a person accused is innocent.
Working through some of your feelings about this person like that will help you to see the other side of them. But you should check your new perception with evidence. Does that lawyer defend criminals because they believe in justice… or because they like money?
This process is good for any relationship, platonic or romantic, and can help you check your prejudices. In addition, you might want to read or watch Pride and Prejudice to see how first impressions can cause havoc for people who would otherwise be good for each other.
Trust Yourself In The End
The final card is the Nine of Swords. Make sure you don’t overthink this. At some point, you need to accept the judgment you made and make a decision about someone. There are times you will be wrong, but I think you’ll be right most of the time.
Going out on a date with this person will teach you a lot about what you want in love. For most in this pile, it will have a happy ending, and for others, it’ll just be an interesting date in your memory.
Either way, know that people are complex and what you initially assume of them isn’t always true. You could be missing out on your one true love because of that bias. And I do think your soulmate is going to be someone who isn’t an obvious choice at first, so be ready for that.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
Pile 3: Scarf
It’s Time for Fun
There’s a very positive relationship for you on the horizon. However, you’ll find that this person has Princess of Swords, Reversed energy. They’re going to be a bit immature and probably younger than you.
Because of this, you won’t initially see them as a good option. But while their immaturity is truly a flaw, I don’t think it’s a fatal relationship flaw. Instead, it’s likely to manifest as pranking or aimless behavior. At times, they might even say things which are inappropriate or even a bit mean.
Yet the rest of the spread indicates a good, fated relationship with positive social aspects. While this person is immature, they’re still a good person going through a growth cycle.
It’s going to transform over the years into a fun expression of itself, but perhaps not when you meet them. So instead, examine the other areas of life and see their potential: perhaps they’re intelligent, hardworking, or loyal.
Go out with them and see how they make you feel. You might find their youthful energy, while at times frustrating, brings the world to life for you. I think you need a bit of silliness now and again.
Fate’s On the Way
With The Star here, there’s something fated about this relationship. At a minimum, this person will be a soulmate, meaning you can grow with each other and are at (mostly) the right wavelength to promote a happy relationship.
There’s also a lot of flowing energy here. I think this person isn’t as stiff as other people you’ve met and willing to be flexible. They’ll also be honest with you (except when doing something harmless like a prank). This isn’t a person with deep, dark secrets. What you see is what you get.
And while it may seem like you have more to offer to them than they have to you, I think what they lack in experience they have in complementary behavior. There’s something you lack which this person will introduce you too. You’ll feel more at ease when you’re around them and hopeful for the future.
In other words, I think this is the type of person who builds you up and encourages you.
Happy Community
The last card is the Three of Cups. This is a social card. We see couples in the background and a group of three friends in the foreground.
I take this to mean that this person will introduce you to a new social network that will work with your relationship. Your life will expand because of their connections and you’ll likely find new social outlets you hadn’t considered before.
This also means that you won’t be spending all your time with your partner dating. Sometimes, you’ll go out with your partner to hang out with friends or family. You may occasionally break up into little groups, not always with your partner, but able to enjoy the same atmosphere.
You’ll feel comfortable in this situation and likely return home with a lot to talk about with your partner. It’s a very happy energy.
