How to Let Go — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic tarot reading on how you can let go. This can be for any attachment you have that you want to cut, be it a relationship, a toxic past, or more. Maybe it’s even something positive, like a project, but you want to move on to something new.
To receive your message from the universe, pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the Chakra Wisdom Oracle deck. Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s see what you need to do to let go.
Pile 1: Dog

What You Need to Know
You have quite a narrative going on in your life right now. It appears as if you’re at an Impasse, meaning that something or someone is blocking the path in front of you. The particular strategy they’re using is Trickery.
How do you let go? By embarking on a quest that will help you attach to something else. You have a very action-oriented spread. That means the relief comes after you take the action (not before).
What You Need to Do
The truth is that focusing on a negative can lower the vibration in your life and make it hard to manifest. That’s because what you focus on tends to persist. Focusing on something else, ideally something positive, can go a long way.
I see this often in people who end a relationship and decide to focus on getting in shape. Aside from the better health outcomes, getting in shape requires a lot of effort and commitment. It can really take over your life – but in a positive sense.
You’re goal is to fill the void that letting go creates. Without something to fill that void, people tend to fall back into their attachments.
What I want you to do is to identify a project you’ve always wanted to try. If there isn’t anything that comes to mind, pick up a hobby or healthy activity. Just having something else to focus on is your goal.
What Will Manifest
We see some interesting symbolism in your cards. It’s possible what you need to let go of is feeling quite villainous at the moment. It’s a dragon that you need to slay to find the gold and return victorious back to your life.
There’s a lot of heroism here, so I suspect that what’s going to manifest is a happy ending of sorts. The Hero’s Journey is what you want to model your project on. Create a rough outline of steps to take aligned with that model and at the end give yourself a reward that you’re going to integrate into your life.
What will this reward be? I think you get to pick, but it could be status, love, success, or material wealth just to name a few options.

Pile 2: Kangaroo

What You Need to Know
Sometimes life gives you lemons and that can be Bittersweet. But the wisdom of your spread is Growth and Creation, indicating a need to make lemonade out of your situation.
I like to frame my life with “if > then” statements because I can approach an event as something to work from rather than something to despair over. Try to make everything in your life an opportunity even if what you want to let go of hurts your heart to think of. Nothing you go through has to be a waste.
What You Need to Do
While you can certainly brainstorm possibilities on your own, go ahead and use AI to your advantage if you’re coming up with a blank. For example, let’s imagine someone in this reading wants to let go of their anxiety about their bad health.
They might put in a prompt like “give me 5 ways I can make a positive opportunity over bad health.” The result included possibilities like: create an advocacy cause, change life priorities, develop new skills, strengthen emotional resilience, and find alternative paths to success.
The reason I suggest AI is that you’re so attached to what’s bothering you that it’s hard to be objective. You can also research, ask a friend, or consult a therapist.
Your goal, according to your spread, is to find an objective benefit to your situation.
Then all your suffering will be justified. That will be what help’s you to let go of it.
What Will Manifest
What you come up with will differ for everyone who chooses this pile depending on your specific issue of concern. But we can take some clues from the symbolism of your spread.
The first card is actually quite lovely with a cake and a hopeful dove. The second has a cheery golden hue. The third has intense mystical power.
It’s clear to me that learning to let go of what’s bothering you by making it an opportunity is a chance to grow and ascend spiritually and mentally. You’ll be so above that issue that it’ll seem small in comparison.
Your whole life will be filled with open doors and choices from then on. If you can overcome this then you can overcome anything.

Pile 3: Lobster

What You Need to Know
You’re either dealing with negative emotions or you’re reaction to what you need to let go has caused you to feel Despondence. This is a disappointment so severe that you lack motivation, and because of that, you need to Balance out your life again.
Interestingly, the Workaholic card provides a solution, but in an interesting way: you need to have a vision so you can manifest it in a tangible form.
What You Need to Do
My first impression looking at your spread is you either need to create a vision board or a piece of creative work that represents the identity you want to have after you let go.
By creating this vision and putting it into a defined work, you’re going to make it more real to you. As an example, imagine someone is struggling to deal with a breakup. They could create a vision board of the single life they want to enjoy after letting them go or perhaps a vision board of the kind of person they want to fall in love with instead.
If that person were creative, they could write a book. I’ve never read it, but the duology of It Ends With Us seems to apply to this situation. Alternatively, they could create a self-portrait akin to the wonderful artwork of Frida Kahlo.
Take some time to brainstorm and then visualize in your mind your better identity. Which format would best make that vision a tangible reality?
What Will Manifest
Life is the great work that we all take part in. For you, attaining balance is the ultimate goal of you letting go. It’s not that you’re trying to erase what you’re letting go, but that you can move on to the point you can hold onto those memories and they don’t hurt you quite the same way.
You need to create motivation to live and that’s what the tangible vision you’re creating is supposed to do. It presents an alternative mindset to the one you’re having now. If you can create it in a tangible vision, then it means it’s possible for it to exist in some manner in reality. That’s something to work towards.
