Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic tarot reading on how you can better connect with your spirit guides.

Pile 1: Green Dragon

Be a Dreamer

Right now, the universe wants you to focus more on a single spirit guide. You may have multiple spirit guides already, but deepening a relationship with a specific one will be the most beneficial.

To do this, the first card, Drum, has the wisdom message of “Dream and Journey.” This is a particular pathway that requires some element of intentional dreaming.

The most common and easy way to do this is to meditate in a daydream state. Chanting, guided meditations, hypnosis – all are good and a bit easier to control and implement if you have sleep issues (like I do).

However, for those who do have vivid dreams or are able to do more advanced techniques, it’s worth the effort. The first thing you can try is to write down your dreams when you wake-up and then use what you write down to interpret them.

Lucid dreaming is the next step. This is where you’re aware of when you’re dreaming and then use that to control the dream. You could ask your spirit guide to visit you.

The final method would be some sort of astral projection. Most people struggle to do this, so don’t be frustrated if you try it out and it doesn’t work. But it’s still worth trying.

A Helpful Spirit

There does appear to be a specific spirit who is looking out for you according to your second card, Guardian Angel. It has the wisdom message of “You Are Not Alone.”

This could be your normal guardian angel and they want your focus because you’re going to experience something stressful or important and their support will really help you. It could also be a new spirit who is a specialist in something relevant to you right now, but not normally.

Know that this spirit is strongly on your side and will intervene in ways spirit guides often don’t. You can invite more intervention by asking for it. Just know they can’t normally override the free will of someone else – only yours when you allow it.

In essence, this guardian angel will make things a lot easier for you during a particular period of your life.

Important Relationship

The last card is Sage with the wisdom message of “Be Devoted and Committed.” For some of you, this may be an unusual time because you have a rather loud and involved spiritual team – yet the focus on your guardian angel is important.

Others may find this relationship to be one they want to continue. That means a long-term or even permanent situation where you have one or one very prominent spirit guide in your life.

But, in general, there’s a strong indication you may learn the name of your spirit guide during this time. Not everyone knows the names of their spirit guides as it’s more of a general energy of the team. But this time? That’s you.

Knowing the name of your guardian angel figure will be significant for those who don’t already know who this is. It’s special and it deserves you to recognize its importance in your life.

Pile 2: Fantasy Onion

Spiritual Specialists

There’s a lot of positive energy in your spread. The spirit guides you should be connecting with aren’t necessarily related to any struggle. Rather, your interests.

The first card, Direction Guardian, has the wisdom message of “Choose Your Path.” I sense that it will be helpful to connect with a spirit guide who has a specific task. For many of you, this could be a spirit guide who helps you with your career, relationships, or your home.

I also think you can work with multiple spirit guides at once and that’s especially helpful if you need assistance in many areas. For example, a computer programmer probably wouldn’t find their Roman-era ancestor useful at work, but perhaps they’d be really helpful in the home.

It’s okay to ask your spirit guides to specialize and they would likely even prefer it.

I believe this is why many ancient cultures, often had gods, saints, or spirits with jobs too. So it’s a long and tested spiritual practice.

Animal Kingdom

The next card is Spirit Fox with the wisdom message of “Trust Your Talents in Changing Times.” Because of the third card, I don’t see this as a warning. Instead, I just see these as normal changes in your life. Some of those changes might just be new decisions you’re making.

You may have suffered in the past from a lack of self-confidence. You may have pursued paths that you didn’t resonate with. Some of you might have even been successful down these paths.

But now the universe is really calling you to rearrange your life to be one you enjoy. And part of that is recognizing what you’re good at and enjoy doing.

Very few people see talents as something they hate or irrelevant. It tends to be something they have a natural gift or inclination for, so they’re motivated to get better. That’s the case here.

I think a spirit animal may appear to you at a significant moment to help convince you of this truth. Be on the lookout for that. It may even be a spirit guide who will stay with you and specialize on that task. Keeping a token or lucky item in the shape of that animal may be of interest.

There’s an element of fun in your spread with the Summer card. It has the wisdom message of “Bask in Joy and Light.” When I’m publishing this, it’s summer in the Northern Hemisphere. That may or may not be true for you when you come across this article, but I think it emphasizes what’s happening here.

There’s a season for everything and right now it’s your time to have fun and pursue what motivates you personally. You may not be an expert or finish a project right now, but I think you’ll be very satisfied by the progress and likely make important decisions about your future.

Your Heart Matters

You’re meant to do something of the heart and this is going to require you to activate a muse. The first card, Fire Guardian, has the wisdom message of “Ignite Your Passions.”

For most of you, this is about creativity or a personal hobby. But for a minority of you, this could be a romantic relationship. If it’s the first, then you’re activating a traditional muse spirit guide and if it’s the second, we have more cupid-like energy.

Connecting with your muse or cupid will require you to listen to your heart rather than your head. But this can be tricky if you’re a logical person or if you have a lot on your mind right now. So, what I recommend you to do is to set aside long stretches of time where your only expectation is to be in flow state.

For creativity, this is about having a project or a hobby and then doing it at your own pace during those hours. For a relationship, this is about going on dates and trusting your intuition about the person.

Stop planning the future and focus on living it in the moment.

Love Grows

Right now isn’t about finishing a project. That doesn’t mean some of you won’t finish, but that the external rewards for finishing won’t come right away. It’s all about internal intrinsic motivation – a love for what you do or another person.

The second card is Spring with the wisdom message of “See your seeds grow.” There’s a saying among authors that you need to “kill your darlings” in order to create great work. This is about editing, but I also think it reveals the natural desire for creatives to love their work like it’s a child.

In astrology, children and creative work are both in the fifth house. That’s significant and I think you need to recognize that passion creates. When it comes to a relationship, romance or pleasure is also represented by that same house.

Love is meant to grow. The more you nurture your creativity or relationships, the better it will get. There is no honeymoon phase – only your perpetual darlings.

The Universe is Speaking

There is a destiny element in your spread with the Eagle card. It has the wisdom message of “See from a higher perspective.” The universe has plans for you and you act on those plans through your creative and romantic overtures.
