This could be the emotional energy leading up to the manifestation or an important and key event will occur that should facilitate that manifestation.

With the Eight of Wands card, this is a sign of things happening quickly, especially in the spiritual realm. You may encounter a lot of signs or spiritual energy, but it may occur at a pace too quickly for you to comprehend or pick up on.

So much of what you want for yourself is good and close to happening… but you need to refine your plan.
The first card, Gibbous Moon, has the wisdom message of “You’re very close to achieving your goal.” That means you aren’t on the verge of failure and this month is about getting you close to the finish line.
But to do that, the Full Moon in Taurus has the wisdom message of “Your dreams need a practical plan.” Hey, I get it, your visualization and hopes and dreams did so much to progress you towards today. However, now you need to make January about identifying a more realistic process.
Traditional advice, which you may have been ignoring to some degree, is likely to be the last tool you need to adopt. Maybe it wouldn’t have worked before, but some element is going to work now.
You’re struggling with that though. The final oracle card, Full Moon in Leo, has the wisdom message of “Don’t let pride get in your way.” You’re wedded to your current process in a romantic way.

I think the Ace of Wands, Reversed is you feeling disheartened that your work style is no longer working. People tend to romanticize their approach, especially if they’re creative or less structured. That’s because they tend to be in flow more often and get a lot of quality from their efforts.
But at some point, you need to refine your project and you go from creation or initiation to an editing phase. The fun part is over and now you have to do the drudgery.
