Manifest Career Goals — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic tarot reading on what you need to do to achieve your career goals. This can be a particular goal you have in mind or just a general approach. This reading can also work for a passion or hobby.
All you have to do to receive this message is pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the Spirit Animal Oracle deck (this is an affiliate link that supports me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s bring some successful manifesting energy into your career.
Pile 1: Dragon
You Can Do More Than You Think
Your spread reminds me of some advice I heard recently when it comes to setting goals. SMART goals are good for specificity, but not all goals or orientations toward success benefit from a narrow approach.
The first card, Starfish Spirit, has the wisdom message of “Open to infinite possibility.” The reason why SMART goals aren’t always sufficient for manifesting success is that we don’t always know what we want or are capable of.
In your case, you’ll be able to manifest more than you realize. This means more options, but also greater success too. For example, someone may want to be an architect and not even realize they can manifest building a skyscraper.
You need to have confidence in your ability to do anything. You may ultimately choose a more humble path, but trust your capacity to achieve amazing things. You’ll set better goals that way.
And one approach you can take is to have a more open-ended life purpose than you have now. So instead of “Being an architect who earns $250,000 a year building homes” a better life purpose would be “Be an architect who designs amazing things.” See how you can manifest more with the second life purpose?
Make Choices For Yourself
The next card I sense isn’t actually about leading others. Stag Spirit, with the wisdom message of “Take the lead” in your case is about being the decision-maker in your life.
If you want to manifest your career goals, you can’t reflect and react to the desires and advice of others. They may mean well and even be right most of the time, but it’s you who will be living your life.
That means you should make the executive decisions for yourself about what you’ll do next. You might even want to practice saying no with small things so you have the confidence to say no to big things.
For example, your significant other, family, or friends may be pressuring you to pursue a particular career or pursue that career in a specific way. And that may be a wise path – but is it your path? Make it clear you’ll be making the final decision when it comes to your career. Stand firm.
I’m not advocating putting yourself or your loved ones into permanent poverty, but if you can pivot in a way that advances your goals you should do so. You’re the one who must live with those hours each day. Make them hours you want to experience.
Like What You Do
Understand the importance of process over product. The last card, Sandpiper Spirit, has the wisdom message of “Be playful.”
Children play because it helps them to learn. Play also has rules and is cooperative. Adults play games, but often don’t realize that they can enjoy play in other places in their lives.
Yes, existence isn’t a sandbox without limitations, but your life should be one where you enjoy the challenges that you encounter. I want you to frame your career goals around that idea.
Don’t sacrifice yourself on an altar of career suffering just to achieve an end goal. Don’t assume the end goal is where fun begins.
Not everyone would enjoy being a plumber, but aside from the pay, it does offer the chance to solve necessary and life-saving problems when people are in difficult situations. Some really thrive in that environment.
You need to make pursuing your career goals something you enjoy in some aspect even if you don’t like everything about your career. And you won’t like everything. But you should enjoy the journey.

Pile 2: Star
Your Time to Shine
You’re in a good energy right now or it’s about to appear and wow you. The first card, Rabbit Spirit, has the wisdom message of “Now is a lucky time.”
This could mean a few things and it’s not immediately clear what, so perhaps it’s different for everyone who chose the pile.
For some of you, what you’re working on and hoping to achieve is finally going to gain traction. If that’s the case, you’ll see your efforts being clearly rewarded in sequence to what you’re doing. Make sure you don’t rest and make the most of that lucky energy.
However, some of you may just not have obstacles. There’s nothing particularly blessed, but a lack of friction means you can push what you want for yourself in a way you haven’t before.
And some who chose this pile might be blessed by the universe, their guardian angels, or so on. It’s not really earned, but a gift, and I’m sure you’ll appreciate it.
Act Responsibly, But Not Too Responsibly
I do think everyone in this pile will find that they don’t have as many trials to deal with. The Horse Spirit card has the wisdom message of “Freedom is yours.”
This means you’ll have the power or ability to do something you really want to do. With freedom comes responsibility though, so be aware that the open-ended possibility could lead the more lazy to squander the opportunity.
Instead of expecting yourself to achieve all the things in this period, identify one to five things you really want and then only hold the expectation to achieve those.
The rest of that happy, lucky, and free energy you can then spend on whatever leisure or hobby activities you would like.
I think that’s a fair compromise and would likely help you alleviate some stress you’re either experiencing or would experience if you pushed yourself too hard.
Also – it’s okay to have fun even when you’re having good luck with manifesting your career. It’s okay not to be 100% focused all the time.
Enjoy the Little Things in Life
A practice of gratitude is important. The final card, Koi Fish Spirit, has the wisdom message of “There is always enough.”
I’m not saying that your life couldn’t be better or that you don’t suffer, but that it’s easy to fall to the hedonic treadmill. This is where success is met with complacency and comparison. You want more even though what you have now is where you previously dreamed you could be.
You may find it a helpful exercise to brainstorm what your minimum standard of living would be where you’d be comfortable and happy. Then, when you reach it, you’ll understand everything else is a happy bonus.
You’ll then be able to permit yourself not to push lifestyle creep and enjoy your free time.
I do think people sometimes take advantage of lucky breaks in their lives and then create a lifestyle they could never maintain in ordinary times. This is something you want to avoid as you manifest your career goals with this lucky energy.
Sometimes enough is enough. Working more isn’t necessarily the answer even if you can manifest more too.

Pile 3: Fairy
Be Yourself
For you, manifesting your career goals is about getting in touch with who you really are.
Generally, we live in a modern madness where people scramble to live out a categorical identity and ruminate in a spiral of self-obsession. Yet, at the same time, many people completely misunderstand who they really are and make all the wrong decisions.
I see that a bit with your career goals.
The first card, Peacock Spirit, has the wisdom message “Let it shine.” It’s true that you can’t be 100% who you are at work. Teaching is a good example of this. But it’s still important that your career alter ego represents some aspect of who you are rather than a complete fabrication.
Don’t focus so much on being 100% yourself at work, but do try to be genuine. Is there something about your current career or your career goals that doesn’t match with the person you want to be? If so, you might need to make some changes.
Being Different Can Be Successful
There are things called liminal spaces. These are places of transition, ambiguity, or in-between. But did you know that liminal spaces can also lead to success in business? That’s because it usually creates a niche that isn’t correctly capitalized upon.
I see that your career goals would benefit from this because you can use your identity and pursue that in some way. The second card, Flamingo Spirit, has the wisdom message of “Embrace the in-between.”
There’s this woman who sells dog leashes that wrap around your waist so you can text while walking your dog. Really specific and niche, right? Instead of brainstorming your career goals based on how other people succeed, ask yourself what you like and what you want, big or small, and you’ll probably modify your existing goals to reflect that.
Even if it’s strange or unusual, perhaps that’s exactly what you need to succeed.
Fun Is Justification
Do an interest inventory. The final card, Dog Spirit, has the wisdom message of “Be loyal to what you love.” An interest inventory is about rating the things you do each day and trying new things until you’ve found enough things you’d like to do consistently.
I think you’re wrapped up in pursuing career goals that won’t reflect things you enjoy. For example, someone who likes helping people may end up becoming a nurse – only to discover they hate blood, guts, and bodily functions. Teaching might’ve been a better option.
Doing an interest inventory will help you to align your goals with processes that match. There is often more than one way to achieve a career goal you have, so make sure that the process matches what you’d enjoy actually experiencing.
I also think you may be doing things you think you like, but if you rated it compared to other things, you’d realize you’re not as happy as you could be.
This isn’t about maximizing your happiness and being in an endless pursuit of fun, but making sure that your baseline of happiness is high enough to justify your career goals. Being miserable should never coincide with your career. You spend way too much time to warrant being miserable while doing it.
