Who’s Helping You: Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic reading on a person who’s helping you out right now. This may be someone you suspect or someone who is helping you in secret.
All you have to do is pick the pile that sticks out to you the most. Which animal inspires your intuition? That’s your pile and that’s your tarot reading.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
Here I’m using the Modern Witch Tarot deck (this is an affiliate link that supports me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s find out who your helper is.
Pile 1: Rabbit
They Sacrificed Themselves
The person who’s helping you is making a sacrifice. The first card, Eight of Swords, shows that this person is willingly restricting themselves in your favor. These restrictions weren’t something they had to take on, but they wanted to help you.
A sacrifice like this usually comes from a loved one or a morally upright person. It’s possible that, for the minority of you, this is a person who previously did you wrong and wants to make up for it.
Either way, this person is helping you at great cost to themselves both in the present and perhaps in the future.
They Want to Be With You
The good thing is that their sacrifice is not in vain. The second card, Four of Wands, indicates that you will prosper greatly from their efforts. This is a card of celebration.
I do see two people on this card. For those in a romantic relationship, there’s a good chance the person helping you is your partner. Oftentimes, a partner will take on sacrifices the other is completely unaware of for the future of the relationship.
Of course, every partner should sacrifice for the other, so this just shows you have the foundations of a healthy relationship.
But for those of whom this isn’t a romantic partner, the domestic bliss of the second card points to a family member or friend more so than a coworker or acquaintance. It can be someone you aren’t close to, but I feel as if this person is helping you out because they want to be with you in some manner or see you in a happy situation. That’s a fairly personal motivation.
I do want to give one warning: sometimes a person who’s infatuated with you will try to get your attention by sacrificing themselves. They may be very disappointed if you don’t return their affection and pull their support or get creepy. So be aware of that if you think it’s that situation.
Your last card is The Hanged Man, Reversed. I see this as being a sacrifice no longer being made. This can be a good or bad thing depending on the identity of the person who’s helping you.
If this is a person you’re close to, this suggests that the sacrifices they make won’t have to be permanent and the happy celebration in the second card is a joy that is mutually shared.
However, I previously indicated that this could be someone infatuated with you. Or perhaps it could even be someone who wants a quid pro quo: they’ll make your life better, but they want something in return.
It’s up to you if you want to return their affection or assistance. For those seeking a romantic relationship, you may find that this person’s crush on you is worth exploring. It could also be an acquaintance or stranger whose quid pro quo offer is personally profitable as well.
But if this person’s offer isn’t wanted, be aware that they will rescind their help. If you come to rely on it, you’ll be on your own going forward.
So who do you think this person is in your life?

Pile 2: Koala
Truly Helpful, Even If You Doubt It
The person who’s helping you is someone coming out of their shell. It could also be someone who rejects their femininity (suggesting it’s a woman) or a woman you previously had a negative relationship with.
What I do sense is that this person is either a female family member, friend, or mentor. They have a personal investment in your success, so the reason they’re helping you is either out of genuine concern or personal connection. If you’re happy, they’re happy, if you’re sad, they’re sad.
But don’t expect their help to be emotional or even financial. This person is likely to do you a favor, but that favor is one of instruction or social savvy.
You may think they’re cold or that they’re not helping you out of the kindness of their heart, but the results will speak for themselves.
Out in the World
With the next card being The Hermit, Reversed, it seems like you will become more social or share something you’ve learned with others. If the person helping you is someone shy, they may be the shoulder to lean on and who can empathize with that experience.
But for most in this pile, the person helping you will feel colder than that. They’re likely to push you beyond what you’re comfortable with and you may even resent them for it. Because of this, some of you may find that this person is a parent or some other mentor who is pushing you to succeed.
It will feel like they want to leech off your status or that they depend upon your success to help themselves. Perhaps that’s also true. However, what this person is doing will help you, and at least this time, you should listen to them.
But know this: their help is going to feel like a baby bird being pushed out of the nest before it’s ready. You need to be ready to fly or to pick yourself up again when you fall. This is a tough-love type of person who’s helping you!
Disaster Full Speed Ahead
Your last card is The Tower, Reversed. I see two possible meanings here. The first is that if you ignore the person who’s helping you, you’ll miss out on an important instruction that will change your life for the better.
Sometimes, tough love is exactly what you need.
For others, you’re on the path of destruction and the person who’s helping you is determined to not let that happen. If you have bad habits or your future appears bleak, the reason this person is pushing you is because their intuition is right about your future not being positive.
So it’s clear to see that it’s in your interest to accept this person’s help.
I do want to talk about what will happen if you don’t listen to this person. For some of you, this person will take your refusal as a sign you won’t want help when times get bad either. For others, this person will intercede.
The way you’ll know the difference is their past behavior. How did they act when you failed in the past? Did they bail you out or leave you to figure it out on your own?

Pile 3: Goat
Back in Your Life
This person is someone who previously left your life. So an ex, a former friend or family member, or even an enemy. They’re returning to help you, though, so they have good intentions even if they may not want to rekindle the same relationship.
I’m willing to bet this person has been stalking you on social media or heard about you through someone else. They either are witness to you having trouble or suspect you’ll need their help soon.
If this is an ex, they may want to try restarting the relationship. This is a card where somebody takes everything with them when they leave upright, so reversed, you can take this to mean that an ex moves back into your life.
It can also be a sign that a child or other family member who previously went no contact or was unjustly separated from you returns.
But I also think this could be smaller in effect. Someone you knew in the past learns you need a job and they can recommend you or they know a great new rental that’s on the market – something like that.
Temporary Relief
I think this person is going to provide you with temporary relief. The second card, Four of Swords, suggests their assistance is limited in scope and there will be a lull between their action and yours.
What this means depends upon the person in question. If this is an ex returning to you, I don’t think the relationship will work out. I think it will probably be okay during the time you’re together, but you’ll always feel as if you’re waiting for the other shoe to drop – or in this case because of the card, sword.
For no contact situations, this could be a sign that you won’t fight as much, but if you don’t resolve the origins of the original conflict, it will return.
For other relationship dynamics, I see this being a more positive card with a better resolution. This person’s assistance is temporary, but it gives you a leg up and time to prepare to be more independent.
Togetherness and Friendship
The last card in your spread is joyous, no matter the relationship dynamic you’re dealing with. This is good news for basically everyone who chose this pile.
Those who break up with an ex, know it will be on good terms. You’ll likely become friends or at least be able to talk to each other in a friendly manner. This means if you had mutual friends that you previously lost because of the breakup, the “gang is getting back together.”
So really, even though the relationship was a failure the second time around, this person is helping you because a lot of the pain and brokenness the relationship caused will be resolved by them coming back even though it won’t last.
No contact relationships will be more social. I don’t necessarily think they’ll be without conflict, but I do think you’ll resolve the conflict and enjoy each other’s company again.
Those who are helping you out, such as with a job or housing situation, you’ll likely have a stronger relationship with this person going forward. That’s what happens with favors: you’ll want to return it and part of that return is just being there for them socially. You know you can trust them.
Also: those seeking a job or better housing situation will find a great option! Enjoy things getting materially better for you.
So what type of relationship do you think is coming back into your life?
