Your Upcoming Spiritual Journey — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! I have a psychic tarot reading today on your upcoming spiritual journey. This will likely happen in the next few days to a few months.
To receive your message from the universe, pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the Thoth Tarot deck. Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s see what’s coming up with your spiritual journey.
Pile 1: Camera

Afraid to Ascend
I believe you’re going to resist your upcoming spiritual journey. The Eight of Cups has the wisdom message of “Indolence” which is about avoiding something. Cups themselves are an intuitive energy and when paired with The Fool card it’s clear that you’re not ready to start something new when it comes to spirituality.
Perhaps the reason for this is due to The Universe card. It seems too big or too grand. You may also be discouraged by local or world events around you.
Bring Things In
However, you may be thinking too big. Often, I find that people associate their spiritual journey with big, universal themes. And that can be true.
But your spiritual journey should be primarily personal. Your life is an individual avatar. If the universe wants an automaton to do its will, it wouldn’t have allowed consciousness and free will to develop.
So for the next few months, bring your focus in. What’s one thing in your spiritual journey that you can prioritize to be about you?
Dreams, goals, or even small desires are okay. If you’re anxious about bigger events or bigger spiritual themes, you can translate that into a smaller personal experience.
For example, let’s say you’re worried about the problem of evil. Instead of focusing on the evil of others, focus on the evil in yourself. Can you manifest an essence of good by tapping into spiritual practice?
I see a lot of criticism for people who pray for others after a negative event, but I find that this is the first step in an individual learning to focus on someone other than themselves. And by praying, they can sometimes receive divine messages on what they can do to help.
But it’s more than okay to pick something “shallow” like getting better hair or manifesting a new car. The process of going through making spirituality personal is what you need to be doing right now.
Defeat Indolence
Although I’m not against people partaking in organized religion (I’m not one to do it myself), I do find a personal practice is key to experiencing personal enlightenment. So even if you prefer doing things with others or in a formal setting – it’s time to get personal too.
And that’s very called for in your spread. The specific reason why is to challenge the indolent energy and make you an active participant or even initiator in the spiritual experience.
But don’t complicate this or design a complex ritual. I’m guessing because of your spread, you either won’t be able to get started or find it too much to persist with.
Write down or think about a struggle or desire you want to deal with in your personal life. Then list any spiritual activity you’ve ever heard of that could take less than ten minutes in a single session. If your list is too short or unsatisfactory, research possibilities or generate them with AI.
Your goal is then to create a simple tracker where you plan to do this activity for at least two times per week for a month, but no more than three months. Make it so that if you miss a day, you can make it up the next. Don’t try to overbook your schedule. Consistency is key.
And honestly? The smaller your goal and the smaller your time commitment in personal practice… the better.
Now the reason why overcoming this indolence is so important on your spiritual journey is that it will help you to assert yourself as an individual in the world at large. You can’t do anything unless you’re distinct and that occurs by creating harmony between your spiritual life and your personal life.

Pile 2: Butterflies

Be Aware of Spiritual Noise
It appears as if you’re going to encounter spiritual beings, specifically a Prince of Wands and Queen of Wands figure. Now these could manifest as a young man and an older woman, but they could also be a protective figure like a guardian angel and a more witchy one who’s able to manifest with spiritual energies.
The Ace of Swords does indicate some mismatch of energy. You’re clever and you’re able to cut through nonsense, so it’s possible that these beings aren’t all positive or their particular mission isn’t in alignment with you.
You’ll find that intellectually accepting the spiritual revelations that occur to you will be a struggle. That doesn’t necessarily mean you’re in the wrong. After all, you wouldn’t ask an ancestral spirit for help programming a website. Not all spirits you encounter on your spiritual journey are relevant in the moment, and I think that could be the case here.
Divine Intervention
The Prince of Wands protector energy may try to intervene in a way you’re not comfortable with. Since you have that sword energy, you may feel as if you’re being infantilized. Assert your authority over your life and let your guides know when and where they should intervene on your behalf.
Sometimes making your life easier isn’t always better. If you feel that things are changing in that direction, tell your protective spirit to step back. Some challenges come with rewards and you might be wanting that opportunity.
Now the Queen of Wands is interesting. I chose not to pull reversals for this deck and there’s the possibility that reversal energy is what’s manifest in your spread in this position. In that case, there could be a negative person you’ll encounter who either is a magick user or is spiritual. It could also be a negative spirit.
That could be why your protective spirit intervenes, but you can handle this person or spiritual being without their assistance.
How to Develop Spiritual Clarity
I don’t sense any danger coming your way, but I do sense frustration. The next few months may be you developing a stronger bond with your spirit guide team so they know when and where to intervene on your behalf. Because right now, it seems like they don’t have clear directions.
Communicating to them is easy since it just requires talking or thinking specifically at them. You can also write down your message to help organize your thoughts.
The reason you need this clear communication is that humans aren’t linear thinkers. You’re constantly thinking of many things at once, sometimes contradictory things or straight up fantasy. If your spirit guide has access to your thoughts, they may be confused. If they don’t have access to your innermost thoughts, your behavior may not reflect your true desires.
Don’t worry so much about receiving an answer if you haven’t developed that intuitive ability yet. For the next few months, that one way communication is enough to help align you and your spiritual team on the same mission.

Pile 3: Radio

A Time to Clear
You’re just starting on a new spiritual quest and it’s going to be difficult. The Princess of Cups is a sign that your intuitive abilities aren’t as well-formed as you would like with the coming lessons.
The Seven of Discs has the wisdom message of Failure. You may be investing in the wrong spiritual activities or supplies. Not everything you do or physically have to assist you will be worthwhile. This deck is actually a personal example – I don’t generally use it because it’s so masculine. I like pretty and cute things.
Take some time to brainstorm by thought or journal on what spiritual clutter you have in your life. These things will be like burdens instead of spiritual facilitators, thus leading to the Ten of Wands which is oppression.
Your spiritual clutter is a needless commitment. Letting go of it will free you for better things.
Defining Terms
But what’s spiritual clutter and what isn’t? These are commitments in actions or tools that have an empty or insufficient effect. It’s not a matter of mastery or not.
I often recommend meditation because I know the research behind it is solid, but almost every form of meditation usually leads to anxiety for me because of the intentional breathing practices. Recently, I discovered that walking meditations where I don’t focus on intentional breath or organized thought works wonderfully for me.
That’s something you need to consider – do you feel better or empowered by doing your spiritual activity or using your spiritual tool? If you don’t, or if the effect isn’t strong enough, that’s spiritual clutter.
Using Introspection for Spirituality
Now that you know what spiritual clutter is, how do you go about finding the right technique or tool? To some degree, your personality is helpful. A very extroverted person is unlikely to enjoy a spiritual path that is entirely isolated. They might want to join a group or attend events. Or even pick an organized religion.
But personality alone doesn’t reveal everything. Nothing in my personality profile indicated that I would hate most meditation. It took trial and error before I found what worked for me – and that may be true for you too.
Introspection, knowledge of the self, is a key tool not only in your spiritual journey, but in life. There may not always be an objective answer available and you must use your subjective feelings instead. This is about questioning yourself so you’re able to understand who you are on a deep level.
When doing a spiritual activity or using a spiritual tool, ask yourself: “Do I feel good? Is this productive? Do I feel connected to the divine?”
Without this introspection, you might go through the motions without truly experiencing the spiritual effect you most desire.
An example of this in action would be Catholic mass. A lot of Catholics are culturally Catholic, but they don’t know or believe that mass is meant to be a sacramental ritual where Jesus sacrifices himself in the Eucharist. Worshipping what they believe to be the bodily presence and then consuming the Eucharist is the most important thing they do as Catholics.
Whether you’re Catholic or not, that ritual is a different experience for the person who’s going through the motions versus feeling all those things I said before: feeling good, it being productive, and feeling connected to the divine. The Catholics I’ve met or heard that understood this got way more out of mass than the ones who didn’t.
Your spiritual experience can’t be shallow – it must be actual. If you aren’t feeling the three introspective questions, it could mean you don’t understand the activity or tool. But sometimes, it might mean it’s spiritual clutter and you need to make a change.
