Romantic Attraction Has a Spiritual Purpose
Beauty is more than skin deep. If you’re attracted to someone, there’s a spiritual reason for this.
But we’re all so used to just seeing each other as mere bodies. Here’s why you should appreciate the true spiritual power of physical attraction.
You Need to Think Someone’s Hot
Once you become spiritual, you begin to appreciate the power of destiny on our everyday lives: including our relationships.
Physical attraction is no exception. Every person has soul ties. These are people we either knew in previous lives or who our spirit guides believe will help us grow now.
When you’re physically attracted to another person, that’s not just a body reaction. It’s a sign from the universe that this person can create an energetic tie that can change your life.
Of course, people have free will and they can abuse that mission, but it’s why being a “good person” isn’t enough to find love in a relationship. You need to be physically attracted to each other.
Don’t Be Fooled By the Culture
But someone doesn’t need to be a perfect “10” to be attractive. We all have preferences, and those preferences reflect part of the spiritual mission they have in this life.
Someone whose entire family was brunette, but they were born blonde is a sign from the universe that the deviation from the norm has an important attractive quality in relationships.
Not everyone loves a blond even though there’s no real difference between hair colors when it comes to attractiveness.
Culture’s ideas of what is “beautiful” is not your idea of what’s beautiful. And your self concept of how you see yourself is attractive to someone else.
But physical attraction is just the first level. It brings you into an encounter with someone that the universe placed in the world. Your spirit guides have helped you find them.
It’s emotional attraction, that occurs through getting to know each other, which lets your know you have complementary free wills.
Still, you can’t ignore the first step of physical attraction in relationships no matter how “nice” the other person is you’ve bonded with. They can’t be your other half if you aren’t attracted to them.
You won’t build the energetic relationship you need to grow together.
How to Stop Attraction From Fading
What happens when you’re attracted to someone, they’re attracted to you, and you both get along, but for some reason the relationship isn’t working?
This happens more than you think and it can be disappointing.
However, our bodies change over time. We become complacent in how we present ourselves and choose to accept rather than admire the people we love.
Physical attraction is not a matter of youth or first impression. It’s an energetic relationship between you and your partner.
What you need to do is recognize what you like in a romantic partner physically and what you want to be liked for as well.
Obviously, you’re going to get wrinkles, gray hairs, and become out of shape over time.
But the reason why we will see older men and women and see their hair as distinguished when gray is because we recognize beauty not only in youth, but in spiritual maturity that can only come with age.
This requires looking at yourself in the mirror and looking at your partner and seeing what about both of you is irresistible. But you have to resist the social conditioning from culture telling you someone isn’t “hot” anymore.
That’s why people who leave their partners for someone younger or thinner are so immature. It takes spiritual depth to appreciate true beauty. And physical beauty shines from the inside out.
