Increase Spiritual Power: Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a transformative psychic tarot reading on how to elevate your spiritual strength and connection to the divine. This will help you to unveil your hidden powers and manifest your deepest desires.
All you have to do is follow your intuition and pick the pile that sticks out to you the most. That image is your path to a message from the universe designed for your personal growth.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the Mystical Shaman Oracle deck (affiliated link). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now join me on this empowering journey to enhance your spiritual prowess.
Pile 1: Deer
Be the Change
My beautiful deer pile, it looks like you have an interesting spread about channeling violence into moral strength. I once heard a quote that went something like this: a harmless man isn’t a good man. A good man is a dangerous man who has it under control.
We live in a society that encourages people to submit if they aren’t given permission to have power and that all power is inherently evil. The problem with this is that it causes individuals to be oppressed and see that dynamic as a standard. So if you do gain power, even just a little, you’re automatically evil. So why not give in to your worst intentions in this dog-eat-dog world?
This is the wrong way to look at it. Your first card, The Witness, asks you to observe the world around you, past and present, to find examples of powerful people who used their abilities for good and evil.
Then you need to adopt traits and actions from positive role models to emulate. There are good people out there – and they use their power for good.
You Are the Cycle
Your next card, Jaguar, dives into the depths of spirituality. There’s a sensual darkness here, but that darkness is relevant to the night and the nature of the jungle. It’s also part of the cycle of life.
You can use the traits you learned about from your role models to adopt spiritual practices from a diverse range of beliefs. Did you know that people used to fear divination because they thought the future was set in stone?
The Norse pagans were a great example of this: learning the future was futile because they believed it could not be changed. Thus Ragnarok.
Yet today, many of their modern descendants, like myself, enjoy using things like astrology and tarot. That’s because they’ve found ways to adopt divination and employ free will to give the users of such practices choices and opportunities.
That’s how you can increase your spiritual power today. Use your moral foundation to adopt spiritual practices you normally fear or push away to be positive and uplifting. It’s okay to make modifications if it’s for good.
Literally Go Pack a Bag
There’s a lot of elegance in your spread. The final card in your pile, The Hummingbird, indicates a lightness of spirit without losing energy. They have the fastest wings of any bird. That means to increase your spiritual power, you can’t be a heavyweight. Even the Jaguar has a lightness in the shadows with its lithe form.
Consider a more minimalist life or spiritual practice. For example, some people think they need an intense hour-long meditation each day even though five to ten minutes is enough to make positive changes. Similarly, people believe they need to have every spiritual tool out there – it’s okay to downsize and focus on what you like best.
To put this into practice, pack a travel bag and include the most necessary items to your spiritual health alongside what you would take for a weeklong trip. Then imagine a working vacation (with a weekend). What sort of spiritual practices would you have time for?
You don’t need to throw out everything you don’t pack and do, but this will point out what your spiritual focal point should be.
So how can you try new things spiritually and include them in a minimalist practice?

Pile 2: Clock
Feel the World
My wonderful clock pile, I see a lot of movement in your spread. This indicates that increasing your spiritual power will require action on your part, but specifically action in a particular direction.
That said, this energy isn’t one of intense effort, but rather going with the flow.
Your first card, Wind, features a female figure within a gust. I see that as you and it representing your internal drive to be part of natural spiritual forces. Some religions see the wind as the life force or some essence of the divine. This is probably more symbolic than actual, but it’s a beautiful understanding of the convergence between the natural and spiritual world.
Go outside on a windy day and meditate on the sensation of that experience all around you. You can also try meditating on nature sounds online that include wind and visualize that experience in your mind.
Feel your spiritual energy inside of you mingling with the energy around you and traveling the world.
There’s something called the butterfly effect: this is the idea that a butterfly flapping its wings will create a domino effect across the world. Know that even your smallest actions will do the same. Everything is connected.
A Little Bit Psychic
To pair with your Wind card is The Crow. See this as a messenger spirit from the divine, especially of omens and death. That may sound scary at first, but I think you have a connection to the butterfly effect and can use your intuition to predict events.
There are signs and synchronicities all around us, some of the spiritual nature and some with the mundane title of data. Your intuition helps sift through that information to make educated assumptions about the current direction of the world. Things can and do change (hopefully for the better), but you can use this to prepare yourself for future challenges.
Consider keeping a journal or even a file on your computer of any omens you feel you’ve witnessed. Not all of these will be right, but the more you write them down, the more you can finetune your intuition to accurately interpret the signs you’re receiving.
Succession of Data
The last card in your pile is The Spiral and it features some sacred geometry. This particular image is about growth and transformation carried through cycles.
Your best predictions using your intuition will be determined through frequent cycles. This makes sense historically as many divination practices were based on some objective data collection methods.
Astrologers, for example, paired the movement of celestial bodies to phenomena in the world. Scientifically, this evolved into a calendar system which helped organize agriculture to be more efficient.
These cycles you observe in your life can help you to live more efficiently. Active practice of this power will increase your spiritual powers in general because you’ll fine-tune your intuition and that is the basis of many spiritual practices.
Know that your personal growth in this area will be cyclic too. It’ll feel like you’re going through chapters and this is a reflection of your soul itself. No doubt you’re interested in spirituality in this life because of actions in your previous lives.
Working on your psychic ability is part of your karma in this incarnation. You were meant to fine-tune it.
So how do you plan to observe signs and synchronicities in your life? Have you ever had any particularly significant predictions in the past?

Pile 3: Bird
The Personalities Around You
My airy Bird pile, it seems like your spread is about a relationship to the Earth. There’s a lot of gnosis around modern spirituality, and while that can be fine, it negates much of the spiritual history of humanity.
This is likely because humans live less in nature than they used to so it’s more comfortable to have a gnostic perspective wherein the material world isn’t important.
However, spending time in nature can be an awe-inspiring experience. Your first card, The Earthkeeper, is asking you to forge a relationship with nature.
This goes beyond environmental activism and is unrelated for the purpose of this spread. Instead, this is about a personal spiritual relationship between your spirit and the nature spirits around you. Even the Earth itself is alive and has a spirit.
I want you to go around your home, especially if you have an outdoor space, and give names to things like plants and rocks. Or even a trinket you dearly love. Decide these names by meditating on the qualities and traits they have or the emotions you feel when you’re around them. Name at least three things and decide to have a spiritual connection to them.
The Power Around You
Pretty much every religion has a concept of Sacrifice. Your second card is calling for you to understand why this was significant to increase your spiritual power.
Humans are mortal beings, but they were able to understand that there was more to life than this one. Interpretations on this vary, but one of the reasons why traditional religions had sacrificial rituals was to symbolize that survival had a cost where you had to sacrifice the present for the future. Bargaining with greater powers was to pay that cost.
However, sacrifice doesn’t have to mean killing cute animals. One thing I’ve noticed among many Western Buddhists is a love affair with minimalism. This encourages them to forsake consumerism and only keep what truly matters to them.
When they buy a new item of clothing, they get rid of another in exchange.
This is something I want you to do but with a higher spiritual element. Pick an item, name it, and then give it away after spending some time forging a relationship with it. See it not as disposing of something that has no consequence, but passing along something that has value to another through a personal sacrifice.
Many people do this with charity. They want to make a meaningful donation so they look in their home or purchase a new item that they know will be cherished by someone else. In America, this is usually related to coats or toys around Christmas.
See the Earth around you and everything in it as significant.
Your Gift to Others
The practices I’ve previously described are a training program. Your third card, The Owl, indicates that you’ll become wiser through this experience.
Owls are creatures of the night, and while spooky, they’re one of the least scary night creatures symbolically. Increasing your spiritual power through the previously mentioned practices will make you someone that others can rely on.
You may not recognize that your spiritual gifts and how you experience your spirituality transcend your individual life. It makes you a better person and that can transform the world around you to be a better place.
And that’s a good thing: you’re meant to help others see that the material world around them isn’t something to be feared, but to respect the inherent spirits within and forge relationships with them.
