Are You a Leader? — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! I have a free psychic tarot reading today on whether or not you’re leadership material.
To receive your message from the universe, pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve used the Angel Wisdom Tarot deck. The pile images come from a Refustar sticker pack. These are affiliate links, and they help support me if you choose to make a purchase.
Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s find out if you’re a leader.
Pile 1: Cauldron

Good Judgment
There’s strong energy in your spread, indicating that you’re not just a leader, but a good one. The first card, Renewal, is a sign that you can make good decisions about yourself and other people. This is a crucial skill of any leader and it’s something you can notice in yourself even if you’ve never had the opportunity to lead others directly.
This is about discernment. Have you ever thought that you had a better idea of how to do things and then the following events confirmed that discernment? That’s a confirmation of your skill.
People don’t want leaders for their charisma, but for their abilities. They might be easily swayed by someone with more charisma than you, but they want you for your ability to do the right thing the first time.
Clever With Details
One area you’ll be particularly good at as a leader is in business or in home management. The Four of Pentacles is about having good financial sense. That means you could lead a traditional business as an executive or your own business as an entrepreneur. The sky is your limit.
But let’s go smaller. Why did I say that home management is also a skill you have? There are a lot of small, easy to forget tasks that people need to do to maintain their home. You’re either doing this successfully right now or you would if you had more time to accomplish it.
Your particular type of management is being able to adjust small details for big effect. Some leaders are big picture thinkers at the expense of the details, but not you. No stone is left unturned.
Lead With the Heart
You’re an interesting leader in that you focus on what you’re emotionally connected to most with the Eight of Cups. This means you’ll struggle to lead a team, company, or even a household that you don’t believe in. It may be why you haven’t reached the pinnacle of leadership in your life.
This isn’t uncommon with emotional leaders like you. We assume leadership can only be the savvy politician or the Fortune 500 CEO. There’s also the phenomena that the best leaders struggle to reach the top because their amazing personality traits make them terrible employees in entry positions.
Your goal if you want to capitalize on your natural leadership abilities is to find projects or even career paths that inspire you. Never take on a leadership role you have moral qualms against or seems boring. You won’t succeed. And that’s a shame, because a competent leader like you is the kind of person people want to follow.

Your Choice
As a leader, you’re more introverted. That’s not a bad thing, but without Transformation, you can’t channel your innate leadership skills into something that’s effective.
Right now, you’re in a learning pattern. You can choose to take up the mantle and prepare yourself for a life of leadership or choose to reject that path and move on. It’s okay to move on: leadership is optional and not everyone wants it.
But leadership is an option for you, so if that’s something you want to explore, what you need to do is integrate the qualities of a visionary when it comes to managing other people and projects.
Spiritually Open
But your transformation isn’t just about studying. You need purpose. And that purpose needs to be divinely inspired. I think what you want is a mission either to follow or to contextualize what you’re already doing.
The Awakening card indicates a need to commune with the divine and receive a message. There are a lot of ways to do this, but it comes down to two things: a regular spiritual practice or an intense spiritual experience.
You have some choice here, so do what you want, but here are two examples of that: a person who meditates everyday for ten minutes and journals versus the person who attends an intense five-day silent meditation retreat where they meditate for eight hours with a monk.
You may prefer something more subtle, but some who chose this pile may want to do the more intense, “event.”
This doesn’t have to be meditation, but it does need to be spiritually related. Take some time to consider and design your choice.
Divine Recognition
There’s an element of creativity or even love involved in your leadership given the Knight of Cups card. Some may be inspired to lead in their relationships, while others may inspire those through what they create.
Not all leadership is about being in front of a crowd and I think that’s the case for you. So transforming and awakening is almost like inviting a muse in to open you to divine revelation.
Now some creatives do perform, like singers, or channel their creativity into something more public-oriented, like architecture. The point is that your mused-inspired work that defines your leadership is divinely connected. You won’t feel as inspired to lead without it because you want to feel as if your leadership was appointed.
This is part of why your leadership is an option you can take on. You may have multiple talents and interests, so being appointed in one area means letting go of another. The universe doesn’t want to limit you before you’re ready.

Crowded Thoughts
You may not make the best leader right now. It seems as if you’re going through something or you need to focus on yourself given the Nine of Swords card. You’re anxious about something and this anxiety is reasonable.
Distracted people don’t make good leaders. A good leader is someone who pays more attention to the people they’re leading than themselves and you should be spending more time on yourself right now.
This is a temporary thing though. In the future, you might want to take on the mantle of leadership. But for right now, you’re focused on something important to you and not other people.
A Blessing Meant For You
Normally, the Nine of Swords isn’t a good card. However, the Wheel of Fortune card here indicates that you’re about to be blessed because of the hard work you’ve been doing.
So I really don’t want you to take on more leadership than you need to right now because you’re about to manifest something for yourself that’s amazing.
Your anxiety isn’t imaginary nor is it useless. It’s both anticipation and perfectionism, but this is helping you to do quality work that you’re proud of.
The universe does want to let you know to trust yourself, though. While you’re doing good work and something you’re working on is going in the right direction, even if you can’t see it yet, you may have unfair expectations for yourself.
Your Future Is Bright
You’re investing in your future right now. The Seven of Pentacles card shows up when you’re planting seeds. Not all of them will manifest, and that’s probably why you’re anxious, but some definitely are.
It may be helpful for you to take on multiple projects at once so it’s easier to accept when something doesn’t work out. That doesn’t mean you can’t put a lot of emphasis on something you really care about, but that having something else going on will give you hope if your main project doesn’t manifest in the way it’s supposed to.
I also think this is why you can’t take a leadership role right now or at least not more responsibilities if you’re found yourself in one anyway. You need the mental bandwidth to think about at least two personal projects. Trying to lead or even manage others is just an unfair expectation.
If you are in a leadership role, be aware that you may not be able to do as much. If possible, delegate some of your responsibilities or be a background leader who plans and corrects instead of managing all the small details.
