Attract Career Success — Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! I have a psychic tarot reading today on how you can attract career success. If you want, you can also use this for a passion or hobby.
To receive your message from the universe, pick one of the piles above using your intuition.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve used the Everyday Tarot deck. Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now it’s time to see what you can do to attract career success.
Pile 1: Leaf

You Don’t Know the Answer
It seems like you’re stuck in front of a forked road. Perhaps you have multiple options or interests and don’t know what to do.
The cause of this appears to be The High Priestess, Reversed. Your intuition isn’t working. I’ve noticed that when this happens, it’s usually due to you not having enough experience to fully differentiate your preferences or the signs the universe is sending you.
It’s hard to interpret what you don’t understand. If you only have so much access to information, you’ll interpret it through what you do know, so your assumed answers are naturally limited.
This is causing you some heartache as we see in The Sun, Reversed. The good news is that this heartache, while painful when it comes to attracting career success, is temporary. The solution is to make a decision even though you don’t have access to all the information you need given the Two of Swords card.
Take a Leap
Because of the cards in your spread, you may not have the time or resources to test out each path. It’s also possible both paths are good.
Either way, it’s clear from the cards that you need to pick at random or even flip a coin.
It can help to have someone else flip the coin for you that way you won’t be tempted to keep flipping the coin yourself because you don’t have the heart to commit to the answer you do receive. If the coin does flip and you feel intense emotion about the option presented to you… then listen to that. It might be the way the universe is trying to get through to your intuition.
But it does seem that you just need to make a choice, any choice.
And I believe the reason is that you’re starting to float aimlessly because you don’t have a path. It’s too hard to make corrections when you’re bouncing back and forth between options.
Making a decision, any decision, will benefit you in the end because you can commit and make real progress. A lot of happiness and success in a career comes from getting steadily better at what you do. So if you focus on one committed path… you’ll achieve that.
Be Objective About Who You Are
I’ll use an example. Imagine you start college and you don’t know what to study. However, you only have the money to go for four years. If you don’t commit to a program, any program, you won’t finish with a degree.
Of course, you aren’t really picking any program, are you? Everyone would know there are some programs they’d never pursue. Try to create a list of all your options right now when it comes to your career and then start limiting it down to the ones you’re undecided about.
Just because an opportunity is available, it doesn’t mean you have to take it. So eradicate those possibilities you would never enjoy anyway from your list.
Then you can pick one at random if you can’t choose based on preference… or pick one that is the most likely to be successful.
A college student may be indecisive about majoring in physical anthropology and criminal justice. However, what they do know about themselves is they love to learn versus applying things to the real world in real situations.
So even if they like the psychology behind crime or finding justice for the wronged, they may realize their personality is a better fit for a more academic career – even though financially going into a criminal justice based career probably has more job openings.
Your subjective preferences are objective truth to you.
When evaluating an option in your career path, don’t just think about money if you don’t have a personal preference. Think about how your personality would fit in such a path.
The right personalities always do better in a career that’s fitting for them. So if you’re seeking a new career or adjusting your future options – keep that in mind.

Pile 2: Books

Mind Over Heart?
You need to make a social choice. The Lovers is a clear sign that you want to feel connected to your career and the success it brings. However, you’re torn between material versus relationship success.
Generally speaking, most people benefit from focusing on their relationships in life. But while that is true, a lot of people don’t seek social fulfillment in their career, but outside of it.
So that’s part of the consideration: do you need social fulfillment in work… or do you find it outside of it?
The dilemma in particular is between the King of Swords, your desire to do work that’s mentally stimulating, versus the Three of Cups, which is fun and social cohesion.
But wait! Before you turn either one of those down, have you actually experienced both?
The Lovers is about making a willful choice once you have all the information at hand. Have you experienced both? If not, you’ll always think the grass is greener if you pursued the other option. That will lead you to acting apathetic in whatever path you choose.
How to Decide
You don’t necessarily have to go work both types of jobs to find this out. The real test will be to set aside forty hours for each option that you peck at over the next few months. It’s an exploration project to see how you really feel.
Your intellectual project will be solitary and focused entirely on something you find mentally stimulating. If you’re still just starting in your career, you can spend this studying rather than applying it to a real project, but I suggest doing at least something small which is applied.
So for example, if you want to be a scientist but you don’t have your own lab, look into experiments you can do at home for at least a few of those forty hours.
Your social project will be trickier to pursue, but you have options. Find an online group related to your career or some sort of social group that works together on something. It could be charity, fitness, or a hobby. But the point is that you’re working towards something together and can talk about it. Online groups where you talk about the topic, and not just casual conversation, is best.
Don’t want to be involved in a chatting group? Perhaps there are online forums where you can participate in conversations, such as reddit, or constructively critique others work.
For these projects, I want you to create a free block chart. This is where you draw 80 squares representing half hours totaling up to forty hours each project. Every 10 squares, ask yourself how you’re feeling. If it’s overwhelming negative or positive for one project, you can end it early and make a decision.
You can focus on just one project at a time or shuffle between them. It’s your choice and you can do it at your own pace. Take more than few months if you need to.
Why This Is Important
If you have some prior history that already simulates the projects, you can take a few hours to journal on those memories.
But, either way, the next step, whichever path you took, is to consider the weight of your career focus. Do you need to be intellectually stimulated for most or all of the day even if it means being isolated? Okay. Need some time working with others? Also okay.
Your knowledge of the better environment for you will indicate what type of job you’ll be more successful in. If you need to work alone, do everything you can to avoid social jobs. But if you need that social element, if it makes you feel alive, you might need an office environment or at least online meetings if you choose something remote.
But the point of this reading is certainty. Unless you know for certain which is better, you’ll always wonder and fear that you made the wrong decision. This will help erase doubt from your mind and help you to be more committed and successful towards your future career.

This Is Your Time
The world is undergoing some major economic changes due to political and technological reasons. Most people despair about their careers during this time, but 50% of the Fortune 500 companies began during an economic downturn. This is believed to be due to the crisis, however small, inspiring innovation.
The Five of Pentacles, Reversed is you finding out how to take advantage of this situation personally. During COVID, some nurses banked a lot of overtime to pay off their debts or earn enough money to buy a house.
While you may not know exactly how you’ll take advantage of the situation, know that you will.
And it does appear with The World, Reversed that a lot of things are ending. When compared to the Six of Swords, which is about movement, this could be a sign that something in your career will be ending, so you need to start over. That’s not a bad thing. This card isn’t about the end, but about surviving and continuing forward.
You may be scared of the future. But you’re capable and you’re going to succeed.
Innovate Yourself
So if innovation is the reason so many of those companies succeeded, what does that mean for you individually?
In capitalism, because your career is tied to the capitalistic market in some way, is about supply and demand. If there’s a problem, people want a solution.
For example, small businesses found it difficult to accept credit and debit cards due to the fees associated with setting up the infrastructure. But companies like Square made it possible to have internet-connected terminals or apps on small business phones to take customer payments.
Sometimes a company invents a problem. They create supply and then make customers demand it through marketing. Nobody needed leggings before they were invented, and now it’s an essential part of many people’s everyday wardrobe.
So as you go forward, pay attention to the things that bother you or other people. Or, if you’d like, focus on things you think people would desire. This works as a business owner and as an employee. Is there a skill employers need? That’s something to lean on during the application and interview process.
Find Your Opportunity By Your Interests
This can actually be a fairly exciting time for you. There’s something original or unique about you that is better able to be integrated into the greater economic reality when times change. You should expect to feel like more of yourself, not less.
Because so many needs can be invented, you can focus on what you find interesting and then market towards people who share that interest. People may not even realize that what they desire to have can actually be supplied – so why not supply it for themselves?
It may be beneficial for you to meditate or journal on who you are and what you like to do. The skills you learn right now to innovate will help you act on these interests.
For example, although there’s a massive problem right now with students using AI to cheat in school, there’s also been some intriguing evidence that AI can help tailor to the educational needs of a student if used as a tutoring aid.
The teacher who used their content knowledge to help create an excellent ChatGPT interface could drastically increase the educational attainment of their students. That’s combing the teacher’s content interest with their job.
There’s always an opening for you – even if you feel you’re left behind right now.
