Your Perfect Career – Tarot Pick a Card
Hello, my soul friends! Today I have a psychic tarot reading with a message from the universe on what your perfect career is. This is a great reading for those who want to make a change in their profession or would like to modify it a bit to increase their happiness.
All you have to do is follow your intuition and pick the pile that sticks out to you the most.
After you select your cards, scroll down to your pile or choose below.
For this reading, I’ve chosen the Sacred Destiny Oracle and the Mystic Mondays Tarot decks (these are affiliate links that support me if you make a purchase). Remember that you have free will. That means you can manifest the positive and avoid the negative of any reading.
Now let’s see what your perfect career is like.
Pile 1: Hamster
Solitude
It seems like your best career will be one where you can do a lot of focused work due to the Solitude card. These jobs include self-employment, owning your own business, or having a profession where you have dedicated deep work without interruption.
You can have co-workers if you want but try to reduce the amount of time you spend with other people on the job to one to three hours at the most, and that’s honestly pushing the limits.
Security
Financial security is important. The Security card makes this clear, but due to the cave painting, this is also my “art” card, indicating you want a happy mix of passion and stability.
Even dream jobs have safer paths. Artists can create pieces by customer requests. Athletes can open a gym to teach students. Don’t compromise on your dreams but pick the safer option that dream offers.
Openness
This is another confirmation that creativity is a big facet of your career. Openness is a Big Five trait, and it seems as if you need a career where you can explore new ideas. This can manifest in traditional creativity, but it can also manifest in novel experiences, such as journalism.
You’ll be bored if your routine is the same every day or if you can’t express yourself.
Two of Pentacles
There’s a lot of promise of abundance with the Two of Pentacles card. However, this is also a card of balance. You may need to have a day job first as you work on your dream job on the side.
That can be frustrating, and exhausting, but I think you have what it takes to succeed in the end. Just don’t fully jump into the dream career path until you feel financially stable doing just that. You won’t be able to be as creative or open to novelty if you’re scared about not being able to pay your bills.
The High Priestess
This card is about intuition, and while everyone in this pile will use their intuition in their perfect career, the primary meaning of this card only applies to some of you. The High Priestess is an indication of a psychic or spiritual career. It may also be a life coach.
Your goal in a career is to help people with holistic life concerns rather than acute mental health problems. You encourage and uplift using your high-vibration energy.
King of Wands
The other half of this pile will resonate more with the King of Wands. This is a card of being a master of your passions. It’s a strong indicator of creativity. But both cards indicate being a visionary for others.
That’s not being a boss – it’s about using your work to inspire others.
Ace of Wands
Your final card is the Ace of Wands. This is a card of starting something new or using new ideas. A great compliment to any creative or novel career.
But it can also be a sign of changing your current career and “starting over” and at some point to be more aligned to your perfect career. Be ready to make a radical change when it’s time.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
Pile 2: Rooster
Healing Chaos
Your perfect career will be part of your identity. Healing Chaos indicates that this job will be very exhausting, but in a way that supports you emotionally and perhaps physically to be the person you’ve always wanted to be.
These types of careers tend to be professions like medicine or law, but they can also be creative, service work like teaching, or owning your own business. You’ll probably work more overtime than most, but it’ll be time you enjoy working.
Abundance
I think because you’ll put so much effort into your work, you’ll be financially comfortable. The Abundance card suggests a high middle-class to upper-class lifestyle. Note that this won’t happen instantly, but if you make your career your identity, you’ll open up opportunities you wouldn’t otherwise get.
Even someone like a teacher might decide to sell their lessons or do something on the side that will turn into an economic boom. There’s just a lot of pathways in your perfect career to make the most out of it.
Flexibility
Interestingly, you’re going to have the ability to make demands due to the Flexibility card. Eventually, you’ll get to the point where you can almost name your salary or ask for perks that make your job more enjoyable.
This could also indicate the life of a digital nomad or being able to take long vacations. And you’ll probably need that rest too: work hard, play hard after all.
Two of Swords
I think you’ll work with the public. The Two of Swords indicates that those you work with in some manner, either directly or remotely, will be indecisive and need your help to make decisions or grow. This can be a bit tiring at times, but remember that you’re helping people.
They need you, which means you’ll be in demand economically.
The Chariot
You won’t be stuck where you are in your perfect career. The Chariot suggests you’ll be changing positions, sometimes upwards, or that you’ll move locations. This is another reason why I think some in this pile might be a digital nomad.
So if you end up owning a business, it’ll be a business you can carry with you. Otherwise, any certification you have will help you work in more locations, not less.
Queen of Swords
You may not be at this point yet, but eventually, you’ll need to grow in the direction of the Queen of Swords. You’ll know what you need or want and advocate for yourself – even if it means being disagreeable.
Saying No will help you set boundaries with customers or clients that way you only work as much as you want to. Because your career is so much your identity, you don’t want to be burdened by it.
Nine of Pentacles
There’s a sense of independence with your career. The Nine of Pentacles means you’ll be able to break away from traditions or bureaucratic structures. That’s because you’ll be an authority in your field and can transfer those skills to a self-employment or personal business situation.
This won’t be immediately, but be open to consulting, content creation, or opening your own physical location to claim ownership over your career. You’ll always be your best boss.
I loved reading for you! If it resonated, let me know. You can also leave a tip on ko-fi or book a private text reading and get 10% off until December 31 on my Etsy. It’s your last chance. After that, I’ll never offer them again!
Pile 3: Ram
Blessings
With your first card being Blessings, your perfect career will bring you a lot of benefits to your personal life. It’s also an indication that your career will be one of financial comfort even if it’s not extreme wealth.
This isn’t going to be a job you’ll want to lose or be promoted from, so be mindful not to let your ambition drive you away from a good spot.
Happiness
Even though your perfect career is a good one, you can’t pick one you don’t enjoy the day-to-day tasks of. Your second card, Happiness, indicates this is going to be a job you have fun doing or get immense fulfillment from every day.
Some people can have a job that pays the bills and supports their personal life – and hate their job. That’s not you. Your job needs to make you independently happy of its other blessings.
Love
One of the benefits this career will bring you is what we see in the Love card. If you’re single, then it will either introduce you to other people through work or afford you the time to meet people in your everyday life.
If you’re in a relationship, then you’ll either work alongside your partner or you’ll have plenty of free time to spend your evenings and weekends with them.
Eight of Pentacles
I’m sorry to say that the blessing present in your spread isn’t winning the lottery. This card, Eight of Pentacles, suggests you’ll have an honest job with honest work. Even though every single day may not be enjoyable, you’ll like the craft of what you’re doing.
That’s one of the reasons why I don’t want you to switch positions away from the daily tasks you do. Promotions alone aren’t an excuse to be miserable. But that may mean you’ll have to accept a moderate salary that doesn’t grow much over time.
Ten of Wands
You’ll like having a career where you’ll make a difference. The Ten of Wands is about willingly taking on heavy burdens, but it’s because you’re passionate about what you love. Even though your work may be hard, you’ll want to push on.
This is kind of like the energy of a teacher (though many jobs fit the bill here). You want your job to mean something, which is why you’ll be willing to put the work in. It’s the kind of job to where even if you won the lottery, you’d have a hard time retiring.
Note that if you take on a job like medicine, you’ll choose to work fewer hours to make time for your private life. Don’t limit your options if you can cut back on hours.
Six of Swords
I sense some kind of transition or movement with the Six of Swords card. You may need to move to a new area to pursue your career or romance. Strongly consider the effect of your environment when it comes to finding or keeping a job.
There’s a strong indication here that something about your current situation is not sufficient for your happiness. You either need to move to a new place or a new job.
Five of Cups
You need to make a sacrifice. But this is a sacrifice of your career, not your personal life. The Five of Cups is about letting go of what doesn’t serve you and embracing what it does. Ask yourself what it is about your current career or career trajectory that isn’t good for your personal life.
That’s where you need to compromise and perhaps scale back your career ambitions or alter your career goals so your personal goals don’t suffer.
